10/05/2026: I don't know how many times my partner and I have returned. The staff was wonderful, and the food was spectacular: authentic flavors, generous portions, and heartfelt preparation. Every bite exuded passion and attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm, simple, and special at the same time, the kind that makes you want to stay longer. It's rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine quality, kindness, and soul like this.
Absolutely 5 stars!

Having excellent and authentic churrasco in such a friendly atmosphere made all the difference in my stay in Verona. It’s a place people come to get a feeling of home, and I feel fortunate to have experienced that here. Please don’t miss coming here! Black Angus Steakhouse has elevated what a restaurant should deliver, incredible food, service, and most importantly, a community.

They are also helpful in thinking along regarding gluten-free food.
And the staff is friendly.
The food was also ready quite quickly.
I had a rib-eye steak and it was really good, and the dessert was also delicious and gluten-free. Simply top-notch 👍.

05/05/2026: It didn't go exactly as I expected. The beer I ordered, a Raffo Lavorazione Grezza on tap, tasted decidedly awful: it tasted rancid and stale, as if the keg were old or the tap hadn't been cleaned in a while.
The service was remarkably slow, despite the few customers present on a weekday. The desserts were also disappointing: both the cheesecake and the brownie with ice cream were clearly frozen products, overheated in the microwave. The brownie was in fact covered in what should have been a scoop of ice cream (which had now completely melted), and the top of the cheesecake also melted due to the excessive heat.
To top it off, at checkout, the clerk was unable to enter my code for the Receipt Lottery, causing me to miss out on the chance to generate 51 tickets for a bill of €51.

21/05/2026: I stayed at this property for work and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the furnishings. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well-stocked and in a quiet corner. The staff is very courteous and welcoming.
Plus, the restaurant serves excellent food and drinks.
I recommend it!

Except I had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive, which wasn't pleasant.
Plus, it was so hot, I almost fainted.
Overall, a good place.

10/03/2026: Stunning view, very good pizza, and a picture-perfect location.
We hiked up to San Mattia, and it was definitely worth it.
The restaurant is located on the Torricelle, in an incredible panoramic position: from the terrace, you can see practically all of Verona lit up, with the Arena in the distance and the surrounding hills.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially if you manage to snag a table outside with the warm weather just around the corner.
One of the best pizzas I've had in Verona lately, nothing like the typical touristy ones in the city center.
The service was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being packed (it was a Saturday night).
The waiters were quick and available to offer recommendations.
The prices were reasonable for the quality and location: nothing out of the ordinary considering the view and the quality of the ingredients.
The only small drawback: parking can be a bit chaotic on weekends if you don't arrive early, but there is free parking nearby.
Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxed evening with a breathtaking view and a pizza (or other typical cuisine) that's above average in Verona.
We recommend it to anyone passing through Verona! 🌄🍕

13/07/2025: Sempre una garanzia, purtroppo abitiamo lontano ,ma quando siamo in zona,il pranzo/cena è d’obbligo, la carne molto buona ,pane e grissini fatti da loro buonissimi ,lista vini pazzesca,le ragazze in sala educate e cura le cliente top!
14/06/2025: Nella media come livello di servizio e qualità del cibo. Location: in una piccola cittadina di periferia non in un centro storico… Rapporto qualità/prezzo basso non per le pietanze, buone, ma piuttosto per i listini, leggermente alti rispetto al contesto.

03/05/2026: Terrible... they close at 9:30pm. I arrived at 9pm to order 4 hamburgers and they told me the kitchen was closed... people don't want to work anymore.
01/04/2026: We have been coming to this part of Italy for a long time and we have never had better, higher quality and tastier burgers in the Lago di Garda area. Highly recommended for the guys who make a top-notch burger. Regards
