08/11/2024: A menos que estés en una ciudad donde abundan los restaurantes, puede ser un desafío encontrar un lugar para cenar cuando te quedes fuera de la ciudad. Tuvimos la suerte de que al alojarnos en el encantador Castello di Monterone, también pudimos disfrutar del restaurante ubicado allí, Gradale. Después de un largo día de conducción, optamos por alojarnos en la propiedad y probar su restaurante. Desde el saludo amable a los hermosos alrededores, a las entradas increíbles, nos quedamos sorprendidas. Tanto es así que mientras estuvimos en Perugia, volvimos a disfrutar de una segunda noche de cena allí también. Entre las entradas que disfrutamos incluyeron un plato de camarones y pasta, bistec, pappardelle con hongos, charcutería y burrata. Los postres eran inventivos y sabrosos también, algunos destacan el artículo celebrado en esta región - chocolate! Ya sea allí para una comida o disfrutar del desayuno buffet, el servicio era constantemente excepcional. Si bien no nos importó, aprendimos que los menús son de temporada, así que si estás pensando en ir, sé consciente de ello con anticipación y quizás echa un vistazo al menú en línea. En cuanto a nosotros, esperamos la oportunidad de visitar allí de nuevo! A tener en cuenta: Las reservas son muy recomendables.

26/11/2024: Spectacular dinner!!! It wasn't clear from the outside but once we entered we immediately realized that the atmosphere was warm (in every sense haha ​​Maldives style temperature) a very welcoming place. The guy who took our order was really smart, professional but also approachable at the same time. Credit goes to all the staff, really good! What can I say, the starters were really GOOD, but the meat, gentlemen... SPACE!!!! The off-menu items that were recommended to us were scary stuff. Delicious, quality meat, brought to the table before cooking to choose whether the cut was fine. A really good move, for me who worked in the sector they only confirmed what I thought. Well done. Keep it up, I'll come back to see you as soon as possible since you also have GLUTEN-FREE options!!!!!! I really recommend it to all lovers of good food. You are great!!

23/11/2024: Courteous and helpful staff. Very nice place. Had a great meal. Very good crostini appetizer, the typical focaccia, had a good first course with cacio e pepe, and from the off-menu a very good and very large breaded chicken. Prices seemed average to me, certainly fair. There were many other delicious things off the menu, I will definitely be back to try something else.

Outside, even at two in the afternoon, there is a very pleasant breeze, but perhaps this is a year-round characteristic, given the name of the restaurant. The only thing I would suggest, especially in these extremely hot summers, is a shade cloth for the parking lot, which should be removed at the end of the hot season. However, the place makes up for this small shortcoming.

28/07/2024: Siamo arrivati alle ore 13 e 15, parcheggio con solo 2 auto, siamo entrati chiedendo se era possibile per 2 persone pranzare, visto che sulla sala mangiavano solo 4 persone, la risposta è stata, se non avete prenotato potete andarvene qui è pieno ci sono altri ristoranti. Veramente gretto,Mai più

Qui ci troviamo davanti alla vera arte della ristorazione, dove le stelle non basterebbero per valorizzarne davvero ogni aspetto. Posto incantevole, perfetto in ogni dove, staff competente ed efficiente. Piatti meravigliosi, oltre che abbondanti. Potrei continuare a descrivere per ore tutte le qualità di questo posto. Grazie davvero per averci fatto passare serate magnifiche. Grazie a tutto lo staff, al titolare (simpaticissimo) ed alle sue figlie (eleganti ed altrettanto simpatiche). Consigliatissimo.
