25/03/2024: Particular environment, on several floors, well-kept, the result of a modern renovation that highlights the ancient, welcoming structure and with a plus for the spaced tables. Giampaolo in the dining room and Barbara in the kitchen offer hospitality in a polite and competent way, testifying to the territory in an authentic and contemporary way. The truffle menu was available, of which we enjoyed the egg parcel and the beef steak. The chickpea and soppressa crostoni and the maltagliati with ragù (grandmother's recipe) are excellent.
