17/05/2025: The service at this restaurant was very good: we wanted a pasta dish to go, and even though they didn't offer this service, the waiter asked if it was possible, and within 10 minutes we had the house-made pasta ready for our trip! Thank you, it was delicious!

18/05/2025: Nice restaurant with delicious food. I had beef tartare, poultry with pistachios and caramelized red onion and cabbage. Finished with tiramisu.
Everything very good and can taste it was freshly prepared.

28/04/2025: We stayed at the inn from April 24th to 27th,
Lovely place, clean and well-kept rooms, equipped with all comforts.
Perhaps there are few dishes in the apartments for cooking independently, but there is the restaurant which offers excellent typical cuisine.
The owner is very helpful.
Strategic location, a few km from Arezzo.
I recommend it to everyone

03/05/2025: If you are traveling on the A1 around lunch or dinner time, don't go to the motorway service station but stop in this beautiful osteria. Here we go and eat excellent meat at more than fair prices. Also worth trying is the amazing Fantacalcio tiramisu with vinsanto and cantucci. Friendly and helpful staff, fast service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Al raggiungimento del locale ci hanno lasciato fuori con le porte serrate, alla telefonata siamo stati invitati ad attendere fuori perché il locale apre alle ore 12:00.
Viaggio molto, mai nessuno mi ha lasciato fuori dalla porta con tanta indifferenza.

30/05/2025: I had a great time at this restaurant. I was passing through and, coming from out of town, I booked by phone: the request was handled with courtesy and efficiency. The food was excellent, really good quality and well prepared.
The service was generally friendly, even if the waitress kept a tone a little too familiar for my taste.
There are two aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved:
At the end of the meal I asked if it was possible to buy some cantucci to take away, but the answer was a firm no, without further explanation. Even though I was willing to pay for them, I didn't insist, but it seemed like an unmotivated refusal. The outdoor area has tables very close to each other. On that particular evening the atmosphere was not very pleasant due to the presence of a barking dog and rather noisy customers.
Overall, however, the experience was positive, thanks above all to the excellent quality of the cuisine. Recommended, with a few small reservations.
24/05/2025: Dinner for a business trip. Despite the hour, relatively outside the usual time slots in which a restaurant provides service, I was able to enjoy nothing less than an excellent menu offered by the restaurant. The work of the restaurant is done by two types of approaches, those who cook to earn and those who cook for passion, well this restaurant has transmitted in its dishes the passion and elegance that can earn nothing less than a positive review. Not living in the place the possibility of passing by the place again is remote, it certainly leaves its mark in the stomachs of people, of those who really get excited by eating.

27/03/2025: qui mai problemi di parcheggio, servizio, qualità e quantità. Pici al sugo di chianina e filetto ai funghi porcini veramente ottimi. I prezzi rapportati a quello che ricevi (quantità /qualità) sono tra i migliori della Valdichiana.

Abbiamo dormito una notte presso la Locanda: semplice, molto pulito e suggestivo! Buonissima anche la colazione con tortino di mele e schiacciata senza glutine 😋
Prezzi onestissimi.
25/04/2025: April 25th for lunch, my wife and I and our dog welcome. Typical Tuscan menu, perhaps a few more bruschetta and potato tortelli would have been good, generous and quality portions. Price normal, attentive and kind service.

26/04/2025: Shabby, simple and nice atmosphere, home cooking, friendly and approachable owners, the pizza is very well prepared and excellent, and the desserts look like paintings, beautiful and good. Quality, right price, if you eat well, it's right to pay what it's worth!! Well done guys, we'll be back soon.

05/11/2024: Visité este restaurante mientras estaba de vacaciones en Castiglion Florentino. Lamentablemente, el camarero que nos atendió fue extremadamente antipático. Nos dio un menú demasiado corto, no ayudó en absoluto cuando intentamos descifrar el menú (no hay opción en inglés disponible) y sirvió nuestros refrescos en latas sin vasos. También pedimos agua y él cerró las botellas en la mesa. A continuación, mi amigo pidió un cóctel y le dijeron que fuera a una parte diferente del edificio, ya que los cócteles no se servían en el restaurante - como no somos italianos, no entendimos y pedimos la bebida de nuevo. 5 minutos después la bebida fue golpeada sobre la mesa que derramó la bebida y lo hizo sin ningún reconocimiento y de una manera muy grosera y poco profesional. Otro amigo mío también trató de pedir su comida en italiano, en mi opinión esto fue burlado y respondió con un tono sarcástico que no sirven piña en la pizza - a pesar de pedir un plato de pollo y no mencionar nada sobre la piña o pizza. No estoy seguro si fue un comentario para resaltar nuestra nacionalidad en tono despectivo pero nos hizo sentir incómodos. Interactuó con las otras mesas de italianos de una manera amistosa, lo que destacó aún más la grosería que nos dio. Luego continuó caminando junto a nuestra mesa y volvió los ojos. Luego pedimos WiFi, una vez más respondió en un tono sarcástico. La comida que pedimos era completamente insatisfactoria. El plato de pollo de mi amigo era el corte más pequeño de pollo, hojas de col y sin salsa alguna (22€ . 00 ) . Las papas asadas también se quemaron con un frasco entero de orégano espolvoreado en la parte superior. También pedimos hamburguesas y no nos preguntaron cómo queríamos que se cocinara. Salieron carne picada muy roja y sin cocer y las patatas fritas eran patatas fritas de horno congeladas con dos sobres de salsa cada una (15€ . 00 por hamburguesa). Yo personalmente no podía comer el mío y tenía que comer alrededor del borde ya que era la única parte que se cocinaba. La pizza era dura como una roca con queso quemado alrededor del borde. Nuestro servidor nos dijo entonces que iba a la otra habitación y si necesitábamos algo debemos "gritar". A pesar de que continuó sirviendo a otras personas a nuestro alrededor. Luego le pedimos la factura y él respondió "para la factura vaya al bar y pida la mesa 8 " y se fue con bastante prontitud sin ningún reconocimiento de cómo encontramos nuestra comida - simplemente se fue. También olía a baño en todo el restaurante. En general, el peor restaurante que visitamos esta semana.
15/10/2024: abbiamo preso tutti la Pizza e siamo rimasti molto soddifatti, impasto friabile e gustoso, ingredienti di buona qualità. potrei solo suggerire una birra Rossa piu intensa, magari una Leffe, ma sono gusti personali

Alla prenotazione hanno detto che avevano pasta per celiaci , poi non era assolutamente vero ….
Evitate di fermarvi a mangiare in questo ristorante molto datato e assolutamente inadeguato …. Siamo nel 2025 non esiste che alla richiesta di un piatto senza glutine un ristorante non dia in grado di soddisfare certe esigenze 🤢
26/01/2025: Nel 2025 non può esistere un locale che non è al corrente dei pasti senza glutine..
Che non può cucinare un riso in bianco cotto in una pentola a parte e non contaminato.
Un ristoratore non informato su certi alimenti ad oggi non ha motivo di continuare un’attività. E poi non lamentiamoci delle difficoltà che ci sono nel commercio se gli esercenti non fanno niente per aggiornarsi .
Locale super datato e retro’
Terribile esperienza non si può’ lasciare persone senza mangiare.

Poor visual and administrative presentation.
Too much negative confidence.
Nice place to stay overnight but not to organize events.
It seems that those who manage it don't have much desire
