22/02/2026: Great experience at the restaurant. The food was plentiful and everything was delicious! The pici and tagliatelle were excellent, with the second course being sliced beef with mushrooms and stewed wild boar. I must return.

20/12/2025: A simple, slightly old-fashioned location with a family atmosphere. Fair prices. A few well-cooked dishes and unique, refined flavors. Some first courses, like the pici, have generous portions; others, like the ravioli, could fill your plate a little more, varying the prices if necessary, as all the dishes are the same price.

The ambiance is the result of great attention to period design: the furnishings, from the seating to the charming vintage shop signs, offer a perfect immersion in the atmosphere of the 1960s and 1970s. From a culinary standpoint, the experience is excellent. I savored fantastic meat, cooked strictly rare according to the strict dictates of Tuscan tradition, a rule that is strictly adhered to here. To top it all off, a very good wine list. A must-see in Arezzo.

17/01/2026: I really like Locanda dei Baroni because it always has that extra something of a family feel. Naturally, being an old farmhouse, it doesn't have some of the services that others might look for, such as a TV in the room (which is why I gave it 4 stars). However, silence, fresh air, excellent food, a day there will rejuvenate you.

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to the center.
Restaurant: Christmas lunch was very good, so plentiful I couldn't finish it all.

01/02/2026: I dined here a few months ago. Da Giovannino is a simple restaurant in the center of San Giovanni. The food is good, both traditional Tuscan dishes and pizzas and baked goods.
Perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family in a comfortable atmosphere.

04/06/2025: Locale molto carino situato nella parte bassa di Castiglion Fiorentino. Ci siamo recentemente stati a cena, ma essa è stata un po' fuori dai canoni, in quanto siamo passati direttamente dall'antipasto al dolce!
Ciò si spiega perché abbiamo appunto ordinato il loro antipastone per due, al quale volevamo far seguire degli hamburger... ma il gentilissimo cameriere, molto onestamente, ci ha sconsigliato dal farlo, stante l'"abbondanza" dell'antipasto... e ha avuto pienamente ragione!
Oltre che per la quantità, antipastone promosso a pieni voti pure per la qualità - e stesso dicasi dei dolci. 👌
Ovviamente ci torneremo quanto prima per provare la loro rinomata "ciccia" e le loro pizze!

19/01/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 7 pizze da asporto. Solo quando siamo arrivati a casa ci siamo resi conto che le pizze erano tutte carbonizzate, le basi sembravano precotte, praticamente non commestibili. Pessimo, mai più!
