07/12/2024: When in Rome… When in Catania: CAVALLO! Visiting Catania, we had to try some cavallo. Or horse. It was delicious! The young gal at our hotel recommended this restaurant and they were very accommodating, especially as we just wanted a beer and to taste horse, not stay for an entire meal… NO PROBLEMS! So we ordered the horse steak and a meatball each, enjoyed both with a beer for a very reasonable price! The horse meat balls (that look more like a burger as they were smashed or seared on the grill) were FANTASTIC! If you’ve never had horse before, you gotta try it! The rest of their food looked hearty and equally delicious - which I hope to enjoy next time!

26/11/2024: Cena con amici da Maurizio, ottimi antipasti e carne succulenta con svariati tagli dal manzo all'equino ,tutti ottimi. Per non parlare del gelato al torrone.....sublime. A completare la cena una vasta gamma di distillati Ci torneremo sicuramente

24/11/2024: Il solito problema, dove vai a pranzo la domenica? Sicuramente dall'oste Maurizio! Personale assolutamente cortese. A partire dal proprietario, una persona amabile che ci ha conquistato non appena siamo entrati. Proprio grazie ai suoi consigli, io e mio marito ,abbiamo avuto l'esperienza migliore di sempre. A partire dall'antipasto e per finire con il dolce. La carne migliore che io e mio marito abbiamo mai assaggiato. Solo complimenti al signor Maurizio per la professionalità e per la gentilezza che, insieme a sua moglie, si sono meritati la recensione migliore di sempre! Signori andate e provate voi stessi... Tutti dovrebbero assaggiare le bontà che abbiamo avuto l'occasione di assaporare noi. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

29/10/2024: Good morning.. The quality is definitely there.. But regarding the service, I'm completely in the middle of the road... To consume 2 very simple sandwiches with meat we waited more than 2 hours to sit down.. among other things there wasn't any not even all this confusion of people... The kids (only 2 on Saturday) were going crazy to be able to provide a more decent service for the place but nothing to be done... If you don't want to spend an evening waiting I definitely don't recommend it. .

23/10/2024: Excellent horse meat and meatballs, exquisite side dishes, it is advisable to book, acceptable quality and price.

28/07/2024: Nice atmosphere, good service guys, undercooked and tasteless pizza. Too much noise with the karaoke.

27/07/2024: Original and neat setting, Pirates of the Caribbean atmosphere, however the cuisine is frankly average and not remarkable in terms of taste (industrial products) the same for the cocktails (ready-made Pina Colada, bottle version: It's frankly average for a restaurant around the theme " Pirates"... In short, unless you are a fan of the Pirates, you can take off!
