16/11/2025: A typical Laterza deli. Compared to other places we've tried, it fell short of expectations.
11/11/2025: We have been regular customers for a while now, but after yet another proof that the bills are the product of the owner's imagination, we will never go back. We have always paid €25 per person, either you take 10 skewers or you take two. Naturally, without issuing a receipt specifying the cost of the goods, etc. Never again.

15/10/2025: Good, affordable sandwiches. You can add a variety of toppings. The place is a bit bland and casual, but it gets the job done. Excellent meat and a wide selection of "bombette" (fried meatballs). They're a bit slow, though, and I didn't appreciate the unauthorized people coming in and out of the counter. I wasn't sure if they were relatives or friends.

01/12/2025: Nice place, excellent meat, so-so service, with waiters never passing by the tables or forgetting some orders. But I have to say it's a place worth visiting.

19/12/2025: Butcher Shop Mille M***e, not Mille Idee. The owner is arrogant and presumptuous.
High price for low-quality meat.
At least improve the service...because you can't expect miracles when it comes to the quality of the meat. It's completely tasteless.

24/08/2025: A really good place to eat meat, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the staff—I think a husband and wife—are very nice and welcoming, accommodating to any request. The prices are good for the quality of the products, and even lower than the Martina Franca average. We'll definitely be back.
17/08/2025: We found this very good place by chance, really by chance, we had dinner there, my wife and I, we ordered bombette, two different flavours, plus sausage and straccetti, everything spectacular, really excellent quality, in the short wait without having to ask, they brought us excellent olives and taralli, this price was also really fair for the quality and kindness

12/01/2026: Terrible New Year's Eve experience, the food and entertainment were terrible to say the least.
01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner, poor quality food served cold, overcooked paccheri, and improvised service. It was comparable to a tourist menu in a major city, the only difference being the €75 fixed menu with drinks not included. A terrible calling card. The only positive note was the musical entertainment to celebrate the arrival of the new year (not organized by them).

25/08/2025: There were four of us for dinner, and I have to say it was all very good. The Angus beef was really tender and juicy... exceptional bombette.

30/07/2025: Non mi ha mai inspirata ma ci abbiamo provato. Abitando nel barese ho avuto la conferma: carne di poca qualità . Olio per patatine vecchio anche se fatte in prima serata. Pane scarso. Numero di persone infatti sempre meno . Prezzo alto per qualità e quantità . Fate buon uso delle recensioni negative e ce ne sono molte; cercate di migliorare senza prenderla a male. Adios
18/07/2025: Tutto pessimo, carne arrivata fredda, verdure carbonizzate, patate crude. Unica nota positiva il vino della casa. Affluenza minima di persone da poter curare così male i piatti. Il conto spropositato per la qualità.

1) servizio totalmente non professionale ed assente
2) qualità dei cibi di bassissimo livello
3) location da osteria dopo lavoro con prezzi da 5 stelle
DA NON TORNARCI...
È necessario rivedere molti aspetti se si vuol fare ristorazione seria
14/05/2025: Locale semplice sul corso principale del paese che offre i sapori caserecci e tipici della tradizione pugliese specializzato nella proposta di carni equine e derivati. Ottime le polpette così come la pasta e la braciola al sugo. Complimenti al titolare, il signor Rosario. Torneremo sicuramente.

22/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo a Pasqua. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Menù fisso alla cifra di 60 euro a persona e 25 euro per i bambini, ma non li valeva assolutamente. Servizio lentissimo, portate con quantità inferiore al numero di persone che eravamo al tavolo, in più bevande escluse. Non lo consiglio.

La Braceria Dragone è un vero gioiello nel cuore di Ginosa! Il servizio è semplicemente impeccabile: il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso.
La qualità dei prodotti è straordinaria: ogni piatto è un'esplosione di sapori autentici e genuini. La carne, in particolare, è di una bontà unica, cotta alla perfezione e accompagnata da contorni deliziosi.
L'atmosfera del locale è accogliente e raffinata, perfetta per una cena speciale o una serata in compagnia. È evidente la passione e la cura che la famiglia Dragone mette in ogni dettaglio, rendendo l'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia gustare il meglio della tradizione gastronomica locale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!
