The zampina wasn't ordered because it didn't look right—it wasn't the right color—a hair was found in a dish that was replaced without even an "excuse me" (it can happen, but even an "excuse me" can soften the blow), the wait staff was disorganized and arrogant, especially the lady in charge. Then the baked onion... two steps from Acquaviva and they offer white onion? A piece of advice: tourists are just passing through; other people, if treated properly, come back!
