We went to this restaurant for dinner and left fully satisfied! The quality of the meat is truly exceptional: cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. Every cut we tried was tasty and succulent, accompanied by equally delicious and well-prepared side dishes.
The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to recommend the best dishes and explain the different types of meat available. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, perfect for an evening with friends.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the raw materials and the abundance of the portions.
There is no shortage of wine labels.
Highly recommended for those who love meat and want to live an authentic and genuine culinary experience!

23/02/2025: I happened to book a table of many people about three weeks before the actual dinner date to secure seats. We arrive on the evening of dinner and they tell me that the reservation is not on the agenda. Luckily there was room anyway and they let us sit. The pizza arrives and it was without salt. It couldn't have gone any worse than this.

26/02/2025: Recommended by my sister's partner we decided to come and eat the meat at Ivan's.... What can I say... We started with some raw meat starters and then moved on to the meat... Personally I opted for a 1kg Black Angus while the rest of the table ordered the rump..... I'm speechless... on the other hand when you treat the raw material with gloves you can't go wrong.... Top of the desserts is the Namelaca Bionda which I highly recommend...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
20/02/2025: I'm not practical, in my opinion the prices are a little high, excellent meat but a normal family has to stay on the tasting menu and can't do anything else. Excellent service and pleasant location

Servizio camerieri: lento e non attento. Sono super educati e gentili, ma mancano le basi…
Il bere deve arrivare prima delle portate ad esempio…I piatti vuoti devono essere tolti spontaneamente…etc
L’ordinazione del cibo viene fatta al bancone, quindi è confusionaria e forzata su grossi tagli di carne..
Nel nostro caso non era stato ordinato il bere, e nonostante avessimo chiesto due volte di ordinarlo, è arrivato prima l’antipasto dell’ordinazione stessa.. dopo 25/30 minuti dall’entrata nel locale… e una volta ordinate le bevande hanno poi tardato almeno 10 minuti, 15 minuti per l’ultima birra ma qui era finito il fusto e ci può stare…
La carne di per sé era ottima, cotta come da richiesta (nel nostro caso al sangue), morbida.
Però per il prezzo pagato, anche il contorno deve essere allo stesso livello.
Il sistema per tenerla calda.. a nostro parere non funziona.. è come non averlo..
Show del fuoco carino, ci può stare, il problema è che vengono spente le luci (un problema per gli altri commesali?), e il cibo si fredda..
Le verdure e le patate al forno buone, porzione scarsa.. e più che altro non sono arrivate allo stesso tempo della carne, e quindi poi erano fredde.
Servizio lento, lentissimo.. (il locale era al 20% della capienza).
Su un conto di 400€, 4 caffè potevo essere offerti… (4 adulti, 1 antipasto condiviso, 1 costata da 1.7kg, 1 fiorentina 1.7kg, contorno patate e verdure, acqua + 3 birre, 2 primi piatti per due bambini)
Noi non torneremo.. forse proverei l’esperienza ma non la ripeterei…

05/03/2025: Clean restaurant with very welcoming atmosphere including waiters, we ordered 2 meat dishes, including Gran Canyon mix and a Cherokee Rib-Eye, they made us eat really proper meat with rare cooking that we had asked for, excellent experience and we will return soon.
