09/07/2025: I've been to this place and had a great time. The charcuterie and cheese platters were very good. I had a Top pizza and found it very good and made with quality ingredients. The dessert I had was also very good. The place is very modern and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are average. I highly recommend it!!!

09/07/2025: During my stay in the area, I had the pleasure of dining twice at Pizza & Bistro Italy in Borgo San Dalmazzo, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places to enjoy truly excellent pizza. I had the opportunity to try several pizzas, all sharing an extraordinary dough: light, flavorful, well-leavened, and with a generous but not overbearing crust. The crust remains dry and consistent, never giving way under the weight of the toppings, a sign of great care and skill in the preparation. Each pizza is generously topped, with combinations ranging from classic to more original. Special mention goes to the Antico Borgo pizza, with snails, truly surprising and well-balanced, and to the DEA pizza, a true explosion of flavors with red shrimp, burrata, cherry tomatoes, mint, and zucchini. In the latter, each ingredient stands out perfectly, creating a refined and unusual harmony of flavors. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas to suit every palate. The selection of alternative doughs is also very interesting, such as the turmeric version, with its delicate and original flavor. The restaurant is new, meticulously maintained, and truly beautiful, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The prices are absolutely fair and well-proportioned for the quality of the ingredients and the level of service. In short, a pizzeria definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area.

16/07/2025: Staff gentilissimo, qualità delle materie prime eccezionale (non si direbbe ma siamo ottimi commensali anche sulla quantità), ti senti coccolato e inoltre sorpresa molto bella x festeggiare il mio compleanno. Location molto carina e di impatto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

21/06/2025: By chance we found ourselves asking for 4 seats and by chance they had them, we couldn't have found a better place, amazingly delicious food 3.5 kg of meat and much more, the sommelier the guys in the dining room all professional polite and friendly. 14/06/2025: Location molto curata ma cibo non all'altezza del pezzo richiesto. Il taglio di carne che ci hanno proposto era eccessivamente difficile da masticare e poco saporito, forse perché non abbastanza fresco.

13/06/2025: Il posto è incantevole, appena lo si intravede arrivando spicca la cura già dall'esterno. Il verde sembra prato inglese nonostante siamo in montagna. Il locale particolare, originale senza essere eccessivo. La padrona di casa premurosa attenta e gentile, la carne eccezionale. Da molto tempo desideravo provare questo posto, lo consiglio come una VERA COCCOLA! Carne eccezionale, fantastica la scelta dei dolci, ottimi i vini.

Excellent appetizers and sublime quality of meat, welcoming and well-kept atmosphere I would recommend this restaurant to all meat lovers and not only since they also offer traditional dishes.

I'll start by saying that I'm a celiac girl First of all I asked the waitress what the gluten-free dishes were so I could look beyond the pizza (which I've already eaten there several times) and the answer was alarming for me: I was told that there is a possibility of contamination EVEN for the pizza when the menu says "suitable for celiacs" and I was never told this since it's not the first time I've been here. Let's move on to the pizza.... Terrible dough. It was hard, not leavened and seemed to have been there unused for a long time. I'm very sorry to write this review because I've often come to you and here in these areas there aren't many gluten-free options, that said I'm sorry but to charge a lot for a pizza like that when in my opinion it's inedible it's better not to do it! I'll reply here to the restaurant's reply: Reviews exist precisely to help you improve! Not everything should be taken as a personal attack, because reacting in this way only damages your image and makes you seem touchy. A twenty-year-old girl tells you this. Having said that, regarding gluten-free: if you have no intention of improving the offer and prefer to eliminate it, making it appear EVEN as a threat, go ahead. After all, you only need to move a few kilometers to find restaurants that offer much more, and I could name many. Your attitude only confirms a narrow and heavy mentality, unfortunately typical of certain small towns. I'm sorry that you expect praise for a mediocre gluten-free pizza just because it is intended for those with an autoimmune disease: it will not happen. Accepting criticism is the first step to truly improving.
