04/05/2025: My wife and I stopped in today, they gave us a table and even though the place was almost empty, after a while of waiting no one came to take our order, not even to order a drink, not even a nod, yet they went to all the other tables... maybe we're invisible I don't know, anyway when we had enough we got up and went to eat somewhere else

02/05/2025: Attenti ai buoni pasto: ho selezionato una volta in più il numero di buoni da impiegare e mi è stato mangiato 1,8 euro senza possibilità di rimborso anche tramite buono, credo ai limiti del legale; attenti anche al menù, dicono che include il coperto, ma poi lo fanno pagare extra; attenti in generale al menù, anche se lo dichiari in cassa non è detto che lo considerino. Non andateci in pausa dal lavoro, servizio lentissimo anche quando c'è poca gente

23/04/2025: Sandwiches in quantity but of medium quality, the flaw is that they don't arrive very hot, the 21 euro meat dish was of good quantity but some pieces could be cut with a knife, the children's area was unfortunately dirty and dusty. We came on a Wednesday and in total there were 4 tables to serve (20 people maximum). After 15 minutes of sitting down, we had to approach the counter to ask if they could come and take our order and there were 5 staff members at the counter who were chatting amusedly. After ordering, the food arrived quickly, although the sandwiches were not very hot. The staff was never seen in the room but only at the counter and I say this because for any need we had to get up to ask, even due to forgetfulness caused by the staff themselves (sauces requested twice). However, the staff were friendly and polite. Spotless bathrooms. I advise the very young staff, if I can, I understand personal relationships and teamwork but what really needs is to go around the tables and relate to customers.
