26/01/2025: For meat lovers Optimal Good and fast

06/01/2025: It used to be better. Starting from the menu which you now pay for the side dish separately and they make you pay too much for the quality they offer... The meat is no longer as good quality as it used to be. My father took a cut, it was miserable and full of fat. I got a burger and I'm not complaining about the meat but the caramelized onions ruined the whole sandwich because they were too much and you couldn't taste the rest of the seasoning. As a side dish I took the french fries, they tasted like fried onion because they were certainly fried in the oil of the onion rings. My father took the baked potatoes, for the portion they brought they could have made it bigger but at least they were decent except for the fact that they were still slightly raw. Having pointed this out at the checkout, the response was "eh, I can't do anything about it, it's a problem with the kitchen"... Very rude even when we showed an old roadhouse card (to say how long it had been since we'd been there), the response was was "yes but we don't do that stuff anymore, you're still in the Paleolithic". Table service? Slow and little attention, regarding the environment the music was a little loud so much so that people spoke loudly to hear themselves. Honestly? Better go to Old Wild West, the Roadhouse has really fallen to the bottom.

07/02/2025: Unfortunately the review can only be negative because the place was cold and eating is not acceptable considering the prices, however it should be more cared for

31/01/2025: Poorly maintained and unwelcoming place. I had a really poor and mediocre quality grill for two. Very inadequate price quality. I expected more, I will definitely not go back.

14/01/2025: Great choice, decent execution but quality and quantity worsened, especially the fried onion rings from discount stores were very sad

29/12/2024: Classic Roadhouse, it should be modernized. Friendly staff, only very few times need to be called for attention.

28/01/2025: It's a place where you know that the burger sandwich, with the chicken, with sauces, etc. they are the masters. However, you can also find interesting fried foods, good grilled meats, tasty salads for those who want to keep to a bit of a diet. Good quality beers on tap. A cut above the more popular McDonald's or Burger King. Even the prices are a little higher but within the reasonableness of the quality/price ratio.

26/01/2025: The classic Old Wild. The food is good, perhaps a little slow in the courses (of eating, because the drinking is very fast). There is ample parking as it is next to the shopping centre

30/12/2024: Dall'ultima volta direi molto molto meglio, servizio ottimo, personale attento e cordiale. Anche in cucina deve essere cambiato qualcosa perché tutto era molto buono e cucinato bene. Ottimo

26/10/2024: Ottimi prodotti , la cosa che ci ha colpito che la carne oltre che ottima, era senza sale …. Ognuno deve decidere quanto sale mettere. Creps alla Nutella … buonissime

08/02/2025: We have been frequenting this place for years, we have always had a good time except for the last few months. We waited an hour to have dinner even though it wasn't full, out of 6 dishes only 4 arrived so we couldn't eat all together, we had to ask to redo one dish as it was full of salt. Having asked for dessert, the berries are finished but it can only happen that after two or three misadventures in the same evening it no longer seems like a coincidence Finally, bill divided by 3, the cashier tells us he can only apply the discount on one of the 3 amounts. Shouldn't it usually be applied to the total and then divided? Reported immediately, it was then applied on 2 of 3 couples. Why didn't those who paid in the middle not? I think it's appropriate to point out that up until a few months ago we always had a very good time but lately it's clear there are more aspects that lead us to reevaluate Old Wild West.

18/01/2025: Terrible experience, the sandwiches don't match the photos and the quantity of chips is halved compared to other restaurants, the price is too exaggerated for what it is. If I could I would give 0 stars. Not to be repeated
