When I asked the chef to make Orecchiette with vegetables (since both Orecchiette and Vegetables were on the menu), I was told that it was not possible to do so, that I could have the white Orecchiette dish, and the grilled vegetables.
I tried to understand why it wasn't possible... These ways of doing things seem really absurd.
