We have always been in this splendid place and we have always had a great time, the cuisine is always at the top, the last two times we have noticed a notable change in trend, especially in the dishes, let's hope it's just a coincidence!!?

14/03/2024: Locale molto carino e rustico,gran scelta di fiorentine di diverse razze. Abbiamo optato per il Wagyu e la Scottona,spettacolari entrambe. I tagli vanno dai 5 ai 10.5 euro l'etto,ce n'è per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche.

10/03/2024: Dear guests, it was my first time at the Rodhause. I ate slices of coppa with new potatoes. Very good meat, potatoes with a little too acidic skin. While waiting for the order, they brought us chips (they were actually made from corn) with very good sauce (usually I don't like sauces). Overall good value for money. I'll be back

04/04/2024: We arrived at the restaurant at 12.20pm, waiting 5 minutes for us to be assigned a table.
After sitting down we waited a further 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and already by looking at the other tables we could see a lack of organisation.
3 waiters and 2 kitchen staff, for a full restaurant.
The order consisted of 3 burgers (with 2 portions of fries) and one steak (with fries).
The burgers arrived at 1.35pm, with 3 portions of chips, at the same time we were informed that the steak would be served practically on the spot.
Result: after our request to the trainer manager of the club, the cut arrived at 1.55pm.
Among other things, requested rare, it arrived charred.
Chips: all cold (even the ones from the burgers).
Practically raw burgers.
Coca cola passed off as the original which was absolutely not original.
Definitely bad service, food too, being a chain you would definitely expect better, especially regarding the service.
I have already been to this place other times and have always left satisfied, but after this time I think I will never come to your premises again.
PS: €85 for this rubbish, you can also close.
01/04/2024: A place to absolutely not return to. Terrible service, we started eating after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the vegetables arrived after we finished the CURRANT (cold), N.B. THEY POST ARRIVED AFTER THEY HAD SERVED THE MEAT... SO I VOTE FOR THIS RESTAURANT.... 0..

The service also leaves something to be desired.
For gluten-free, no bread or other alternatives (for example crackers or breadsticks) were served which are included in the cover price.
Many dishes on the gluten-free menu, such as pasta and dessert, were not available.
Of the three side dishes requested, two were served, saying that they included three courses, moreover to be divided between celiacs and non-celiacs.
PS. It's the customer's choice whether to leave a tip or not... it was in bad taste that the owner decided to keep the change as a tip.

30/03/2024: Excessive prices, cold sandwich for €15.20 is not acceptable, better to fall back on McDonald's at least you leave satisfied, €37 for 2 sandwiches and 2 plastic bottles of water we're broke! Never lower your prices again if the quality you offer is medium-low!
