07/05/2026: It's a restaurant with a set menu for 30 euros per person: antipasti, two main courses, dessert, house wine, water, and limocello. Everything is delicious. The place isn't large, so it's best to make a reservation. It has an interesting decor, full of trinkets. And the coolest thing is that it operates in what used to be a church, a desecrated church. That's where the restaurant's name comes from, as Judas received 30 denarii to betray Jesus! I loved the experience!

10/05/2026: Great neighborhood restaurant; you get a real local atmosphere with very friendly staff and reasonable prices; specialties are cooked right in front of you; the panigacci, for example, is delicious, with cheese and ham; highly recommended!

03/05/2026: We were headed to Genoa, and given the heavy traffic from the May 1st long weekend and the ongoing construction, the GPS took us out at Alessandria Sud. On the way, we came across a sign for this restaurant and, hungry, stopped.
What a great discovery!!!
Excellent food served in a very informal and simple atmosphere, just like the owners who welcomed us.
The veal with tuna sauce was delicious, but special mention goes to the first courses: agnolotti all'Alessandrina and tagliolini with Piedmontese beef ragù.... what can I say!!!! We remembered them all weekend!!!
I love stumbling upon these places by chance and the unexpected.... they're the best things that can happen :)

13/07/2026: I was worried when I saw the number of stars, but honestly, what a treat! We're foreigners, and yet our requests were respected. The pizzas 🍕 were incredibly good, crispy, and the waitress was friendly—a real delight!!

21/07/2026: An absolute highlight! The panigacci were simply exceptional – fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The combination with the stracchino cheese and grilled vegetables was perfect. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and typically Italian. Anyone in the area should definitely stop by. We'll definitely be back!
29/06/2026: In 46 years of life, I've been fortunate enough to try countless restaurants of all kinds, but I've never had an experience like this.
We arrived around 8:00 PM: there were four of us: me, my two children, and their friend, all 13 years old. We ordered fairly quickly: just panigacci, three soft drinks, a medium beer, and a bottle of still water. I should point out that there were only seven tables occupied.
After a wait of over 40 minutes, the cold cuts, soft drinks, and stracchino cheese finally arrived. Unfortunately, the quality was rather poor, and the panigacci were undercooked, if not almost raw. Furthermore, too much time passed between each basket, making the service even slower. Finally, we asked for Nutella and were brought four mini-packs.
The worst moment came with the bill: 97 euros for what we had consumed. When asked "How did it go?", I politely pointed out both the long wait and the price, which I felt was excessive for what I ate.
The response I received left me speechless: I was told to go eat at "Dalla Pia" (a well-known pizzeria in La Spezia...).
I would have definitely eaten better there and spent half as much.
This was unprofessional and decidedly inappropriate behavior toward a customer who had politely expressed his opinion.
As for me, I won't be returning.
