08/02/2026: If you're looking for seafood heaven, Trattoria del Mare in Vadino is the place to be! We started with a dreamy seven-course appetizer: from the classic octopus and cod with potatoes, to the bold flavors of swordfish with sun-dried tomatoes and seared tuna, to the freshness of shrimp, anchovies, and calamari. Everything was so fresh! The highlight? The seafood spaghetti: an incredibly generous portion and rich in flavor, a true spectacle! All accompanied by an excellent 2024 Pigato, expertly recommended by a talented and very professional waiter. We finished on a high note with delicious Carnival fritters and fior di latte gelato. Highly recommended! Generous portions, impeccable service, and a cheerful atmosphere that makes you want to return immediately. Huge compliments to the owners, the kitchen, and the dining room! 18/02/2026: I can't say anything against the food. It was very good but also on the higher price class. The waitresses were also friendly and provided a good service. The boss - I guess it was the boss was a bit grumpy especially when I asked some details about the ingredients. Maybe we were also lost to translation as I was speaking English.

22/02/2026: We booked for 10 people; the place wasn't very large but it was nice, with friendly and attentive service. We ordered an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats (excellent) and various tartares (average). Then we ordered a Florentine steak aged for 60 days (good but not exceptional), and a rib-eye steak aged for 180 days (more than 180 days), which unfortunately arrived cold and raw. We had it reheated, but it still didn't taste as exceptional as expected—a shame. All this was accompanied by an excellent Primitivo di Manduria. The desserts were not to be missed.

15/10/2025: My sister and I happened to be passing by and saw the colors of the Brazilian flag, so we went in. It was a welcoming place, Fernando, the owner, was very kind, and, importantly, the food was fresh and delicious, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back.

13/02/2026: Excellent pizzas, quality ingredients, very friendly service. The only negative, the same for dozens and dozens of customers, is the man at the cash register. He doesn't even look you in the eye, he doesn't even bother to tell you how much you spent because he just hands you the receipt without saying anything, let alone asking if everything was okay. Everything was excellent, but luckily the waiters make up for his rudeness.

08/02/2026: After a long wait, we returned to this restaurant for dinner. The selection is vast: panigacci, pizza, and restaurant. We opted for two fillets: beautiful and delicious.

17/01/2026: We ate panigacci, pizza, and farinata at this place. The panigacci were perhaps a little too dry, but the pizza was decent, and the farinata was very good, as were the cured meats. The service was quick, and the waiter was very friendly.

13/02/2026: We had a midweek dinner with a couple. The place was comfortable, warm, and pleasant, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. The menu was traditional and varied, and the service was provided by young, friendly, and professional staff. I recommend trying the donkey stew; it's absolutely worth it! The orange and Campari sorbet was top-notch! The price was more than reasonable for the menu. 👍🏼 Recommended!

10/02/2026: We're in the center of town, with a free parking lot just a few meters away. The restaurant is neat, clean, and welcoming, and certainly matches the kindness and courtesy of the owner and his staff. The Piedmontese menu is excellent, although there are some foreign additions. For example, the fried calamari is excellent. The orange and Campari sorbet is superb, a perfect end to the meal. The wine list is good, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the ingredients used and the cuisine. Dogs are welcome.
