11/11/2023: Mi sono incontrato con un amico di vecchia data per una cena, il ristorante pensato inizialmente era sold-out e, girando in zona, ci siamo imbattuti casualmente nell'insegna del Melania Village. E' stata davvero una scoperta, proprio vero che le cose capitano quando meno ce lo si aspetta: in un'atmosfera accogliente, e leggermente rustica, abbiamo gustato ottima pizza, fritti, dolci e amari/caffè, prezzi piu' che ragionevoli, un buon servizio e personale disponibile e simpatico. Da provare.

05/10/2023: Esperienza pessima! Assolutamente sconsigliato! Arrivano patatine e bruschette nei vassoi, ma non i piattini in cui mangiarle, che arriveranno solo dopo svariate richieste. Abbiamo ordinato le pizze al tavolo dei bambini che ahimè non sono mai arrivate. Abbiamo sollecitato più volte e chiesto se, per caso, avessero smarrito l'ordinazione. Ci viene risposto che stanno arrivando, ma vediamo altri tavoli, arrivati dopo di noi, essere serviti. Dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa vana siamo andati via.

14/03/2024: After years I say enough! I'm sorry, after so many years of assiduous frequency, to change this review but tonight we have reached the absurd! Let me start by saying that on "holiday" days they have always had problems keeping up with the orders, even inside the restaurant, not only take-away, but I have never said anything and respected the work, in fact my relatives come specifically from Fiumicino, We never once complained, in fact I always defended him!. I know the owner and she has always been exquisite. Too bad, however, that today Valentine's Day, I booked through their app at 4.30pm, SIXTEEN THIRTY, before they opened, home delivery for 8pm (an order that cost more than the all you can eat menu). At 8.30pm I call and a very rude girl tells me that it takes time, that there were a lot of orders and that "yeah, today is a mess...Ah, if the order doesn't arrive in 20 minutes, call back". So I'm astounded and ask for explanations for this response (in 20 minutes it's an hour late), he asks me for the order and tells me that the delivery has started, commenting in the meantime "I can't do it tonight" and with a shout from behind who tells her "tell me he's out, anyway..". It's 9.10pm needless to say nothing has arrived here. If you know you'll have a mess, don't make 50 deliveries available at 8pm! I'm calling back to cancel the order, but the phone is always busy, we're going out to cancel it and unfortunately we won't be coming anymore. The waiters always pass the buck, once they say that the dishes at the table arrive late because they give priority to takeaway, when you order at home they say they give priority to the tables. Stop it!

30/01/2024: Very nice and welcoming place even if I don't like not having a tablecloth/runner/placemat. But that's my taste. The real mistake of the service is having changed the knife for cutting meat, providing one suitable for cutting wood but certainly not meat. The knife must not have a saw.... and the strange thing is that the knife they replaced me was perfect, although perhaps not very sharp. However, I ate a pulled pork meatball placed on a cedar sauce, exceptional, and a cube roll served at correct temperature but completely boiled on the outside. Worth trying again because the cell was interesting.

23/03/2024: I've been there on one occasion, but I will definitely return. I booked the day before; I took five breaded and fried lamb chops. Car parking in the surrounding area is not particularly easy. Table service available. On sale among other things: red and white wine, biscuits, artisanal doves, cured meats. Payment by debit and credit card is possible.

03/03/2024: Tried it for a few days due to a trip to Ostia. Super recommended! Excellent quality and the staff is very friendly.

27/03/2024: Today I had lunch in this store and apart from the excellent food and the typical location of the brand, the sales assistant who served us was very sullen and not very empathetic towards the diners present. I'm not saying that you always have to shine with bright smiles but when working with the public you should at least have an attitude that is inclined towards the people who enter the venue because people also choose seats based on the staff inside.

29/03/2024: Spectacular meat restaurant in the heart of Prati. Very scenic and really big and spacious. Lots of tables but the service is fast. Excellent meat and many quality wines.

18/03/2024: Controversial experience. The place looks good and well frequented, I don't feel like questioning the quality of the meat. It's a bit of a side dish that leaves something to be desired. We chose the meat on display and 4 (four) times they presented a different one to us at the table... Bottle of wine (wrong) which arrived 10 minutes later, the meat... That it is expensive is fine, but that whether it is exclusively for the quality of the meat, no. Personally I wasn't impressed, I wouldn't go back.

03/04/2024: A good option to eat some burgers in the area near Plaza de España. Due to the distribution of the tables in the place, it is difficult to go in large groups.

22/02/2024: Not good experience. With the exception of the courtesy of the staff (all guys who have nothing to do with the management), I experienced what is now called "shrinkflation": the reduction of quantity rather than increasing the price. Many people do it, but here it was sensational, so much so that it led me (first time in my life) to stop a waiter and ask if what I was seeing was normal. In fact, I had ordered a special 14 euro sandwich with Chianina hamburger which on the menu, through a special photo, was presented as an extraordinary novelty, with bacon and Castelmagno DOP fondue. The sandwich arrives and I can't believe my eyes: half (half) a strip of bacon and a hint of fondue, barely enough to add flavor (and in fact the sandwich tasted of little). A blatant mockery to which the waiter could only reply "we must respect the maximum quantity they tell us" (and, I repeat, the dining room staff is not to blame). I find rip-offs particularly annoying. Even more so when you are fooled with misleading advertising by large chains like this one. Ps: last but not least, they were not eligible for the receipt lottery, which has been mandatory since October 2023.

01/04/2024: Excellent meat, excellent service! Dutifully mentioned with special thanks to Davide, very attentive and precise! However, the area manager, Miss Teresa, was a little less so (she really wanted to be precise🤣🤣 she increased my bill by almost 5 euros by making me pay for an extra Coke)! Anyway, apart from this ridiculous episode (I clearly realized the receipt as soon as I got home, and I didn't return to the Roadhouse to demonstrate the inconsistency, but I decided to leave a tip🤣🤣), low profile, pleasant evening!

31/03/2024: Very nice place, excellent food, excellent ribs, the only flaw was the slightly slow service. But all in all good.
