15/09/2025: First time at this steakhouse in Latina. The staff was very courteous and attentive to the tables and customers. The menu was interesting and varied, especially the meats. Dishes were well presented. The cooking of the steaks and chicken could be improved. There was a problem that was promptly resolved by one of the owners, who very kindly apologized. The experience wasn't perfect, but I have to say it was good.

After more than an hour and 20 minutes, the order hadn't arrived. I went to ask for it, and they told me the waitress herself had made a mistake and the order hadn't been placed. Still polite, I said I'd pay for the fries and we'd leave... TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES. BUT PROFESSIONALISM IS SOMETHING ELSE. IT'S A SHAME BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY.
