16/09/2025: We found this restaurant by chance, visiting a customer who was chosen because it was on the street. It was a pleasant surprise.
A Slow Food Presidium, we ate chicken liver pâté with figs and spaghetti with white duck ragù. Delicious.
16/09/2025: We stopped by chance. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the menu offers a decent number of courses. The ingredients and preparation are top-quality. If it's on the menu, I recommend the liver pâté with figs and toasted brioche, and the rabbit. The bread and chocolate cake is excellent. The price is in line with the quality.

31/10/2025: We ate divinely. It's not our first time here, and it certainly won't be our last. It's become a true mountain staple for us. The deliciousness of the food, incredibly fresh and locally sourced, the friendly and helpful service, and the skill of the chef make this trattoria a true gem.
The game is excellent, but my favorite dish is the gnocchi del poverello with butter and smoked ricotta—truly excellent and authentic, a simple dish with flavors that evoke childhood memories.
5 stars to Cervo Bianco 😋
26/10/2025: Authentic cuisine, just like the owners. The venison ragù was good, as was the roe deer. The house wine was good, and there was even the great artist Mauro Corona!

02/09/2025: My favorite bar in the city center. Located in a beautiful setting, it allows you to enjoy a break in a cloister. It offers a wide range of products and a varied menu that changes daily for lunch breaks. Special mention goes to what I believe to be the owner, who I once saw brilliantly address a complaint from a somewhat eccentric customer.
20/06/2025: At Bar Le Ciaccole 2.0, Tony is always behind the counter with a smile that is worth a thousand words and a spritz. Between a shot and a laugh, the music flows like prosecco on festive evenings. It is the place where company becomes family and joy is at home. A true oasis for those who love sincere chats and endless toasts!
Shall we go for a ride tonight too? 🍷😄
