02/09/2024: The worst dining experience on my first day in Italy. The worst dining experience of my first day in Italy. I went there late evening on Tuesday and the staff asked to wait in the lobby until they prepared a new table for us which we were fine but it turned out to be over 30 mins wait. While waiting we asked for menu but they refused. We were a bit confused but at this point it was too late to go to other restaurant so we decided to wait. After a long wait, we tried to order as soon as we sat down but the server ignored for 15 mins and then said they are able to take one drink only. We were so mad and I asked the server if he knows it is too late to go any other restaurant for dinner and he shrugged. I noticed there are a lot of reviews about the poor service and I didn't see any appology from the staff. They rather have their back up and that explains why the service never improves. While waiting we asked for a menu, but they refused. We were a little confused, but at this point it was too late to go to another restaurant, so we decided to wait. After a long wait, we tried to order as soon as we sat down, but the server ignored for 15 minutes and then said they are only able to take the order. We were so angry and I asked the waiter if he knew that it's too late to go to any other restaurant for dinner and he shrugged his shoulders. I noticed there are a lot of reviews about poor service and I didn't see any applause from the staff. They prefer their support and this explains why the service never improves.

02/09/2024: I will definitely never go to this restaurant again! The staff's response is the worst. As other people have written in their reviews, we decide the priority of customers based on our convenience, not the order in which they arrive. When we told them we wanted to order, they told us for no reason that they would take our order later, giving priority to a group of Italians who came later than us. When I finally came to take my order 15 minutes after calling, I was told that they were currently taking a lot of orders and would only accept drink orders for now. I said I'd like to order before the people who just ordered... But I'm sorry, but I'm so busy right now. That's what he said. At this point, 20 minutes had passed since I entered the store. I went home disappointed. There was no proper apology until the end. Will definitely not be revisiting. There are several other Korean restaurants in Florence, so I didn't think there was any need to be prepared for an unpleasant experience.
