I thought about it before doing the review but reading the latest reviews I see that I'm not the only one who thinks so.

02/03/2025: We had a very disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. Initially, the owner greeted us warmly, which gave us a good first impression. We opted for the buffet as we were craving Japanese food. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the sushi rice was undercooked, and the salmon lacked flavor. One of my friends removed the rice, and at that moment, the owner reprimanded us loudly for wasting food. Her tone was harsh, making the situation uncomfortable and drawing unwanted attention from other diners. Feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, we decided to stop eating, settle the bill, and leave. Overall, the food quality did not meet our expectations, and the experience was unpleasant. Given this, I find it surprising that the restaurant has received such high ratings. I should have read the review comments carefully before dining-in as all the bad reviews have the similar bad experience.

24/03/2025: I had dinner with a friend at this Thai restaurant in the middle of the week. I had already been there once a year ago for dinner with my family and I was happy with the food we ate. This time I honestly didn't like it at all. As an appetizer we had vegetarian gyoza which only tasted of garlic and chicken wings with a sauce that wasn't bad but too strong and spicy. As a main course we had pad thai: one with shrimp and the other with chicken. Having had it some time ago I have to say that the flavor has changed: too strong, the spaghetti cold and the dish was completely disconnected. Honestly two appetizers, two pad thai and two Coca-Cole zero 50 euros seemed a bit too much to me. Honestly I don't think I'll go back.

16/03/2025: Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. For around €50 we took various dishes to take away including: - chicken pad thai (dry with slightly burnt tofu) - veggie pad thai (unfortunately not good and with vegetables inside that have nothing to do with the original recipe, such as peppers) - papaya salad (sweetish and fibrous, nothing special) - sautéed green beans (burnt and with a strong oil flavour). The spicy chicken wings however were good as was the chocolate bao. I hope it was an occasional problem otherwise I can't understand the positive reviews!

13/03/2025: A real, good Thai in Rome! Let me start by saying that being a fan of Thailand, I have tried quite a few Thai restaurants. I've been going to this place for a short time, but I absolutely recommend it. Try the sakumalag. My favorite Thai restaurant so far!

12/03/2025: Dirty, greasy and a cold environment in the true sense of the word reign supreme. As we entered we immediately realized that there was a grain of rice stuck on the plate. Let's point out, as they remove the plate under the placemat 3 more grains. They bring back the greasy plate. I don't know if they really eat like this in Thailand, but for us it was almost all inedible. It was freezing in the room. And finally, I also wanted to write this review on the fork but I wasn't given the opportunity because on the same site they stated that we didn't show up for dinner that evening, thus preventing us from reviewing it.

Tasty food adapted to a Western clientele. Well-kept Buddhist-style environment. Outdoor terrace. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices a little above average. If you are looking for real Thai food this is not the right place but if you want to try to approach this cuisine in its simplest aspect it is perfect. Recommended for rookies

01/03/2025: There are a lot of locals and foreigners here! The staff speaks Korean very well. Haha. It's comfortable.. I was expecting it to be delicious since it's attached to Michelin, but the tteokbokki is actually better than most tteokbokki in Korea. However, foreign meat inevitably has a meaty flavor. If you are sensitive to the smell of meat, take note!

06/03/2025: The owner is quite sensitive as there are many No Shows among Koreans and he has many bad experiences with extreme customers. The food was quite salty and I don't know if it was delicious, but I just looked at the ratings and went with Japanese friends I hadn't seen in a while on a business trip. I didn't want to spoil the mood, so I just ate what they asked for, but I was quite embarrassed by the lady boss's attitude toward Korean customers. However, when I go on a business trip every year, the food at Korean restaurants in Milan is generally salty and not very good. ----------------- I am writing an additional review after seeing the restaurant owner's comment below. You wrote a long article using your own memory, but it is very unfortunate and saddening. They belittle previous Korean customers and use their own bad experiences as examples, telling us that they shouldn't do this or that to us. It depends on your situation, so if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else. I followed the rude owner's demands and ate the salty food I paid for... A female boss from Korea who especially criticizes Korean customers... He did a good job and the Korean customer did a bad job... but he made a small dish called Pial where he emptied all the food that was said to be salty... The price of the food was 15 to 40 euros, and he even made it salty and left it, but when he said that he didn't leave any food, what proof would he have for questioning him? As everyone is a customer, I will give in and treat them as bad customers, so the boss just does as he says. If you went for the first time and won't go again, why bother asking yourself tired questions about what's going on? There were a lot of no-shows from Korean customers, so I should have known when they started talking foaming at the mouth when making the reservation. Female boss! Please keep in mind that if you update the customer at length, like a novel, it proves that your mind or way of thinking is not normal, and this could be a legal problem.

23/02/2025: We tried various specialties with particular flavours; the meat is interesting both in first courses and as a main course. Perhaps the choice of desserts needs to be expanded, but it remains a place worth trying in the panorama of Asian cuisine

19/02/2025: My experience wasn't the best. In the plate of mixed sushi I found a sharp piece of shell of about 1 cm and I cut it in my mouth. Having brought this to the attention of the waiters, no one in charge even showed up to at least apologize for what had happened. They also forgot to bring us a course and when we sat down we were missing cutlery and a glass (but that's the minimum).

It was ennoying as we took some friends there telling them all the best of the restaurant. We would have accepted excuse or a free coffee but NOTHING.
