17/07/2026: This is the second time I've come here, I order a gluten-free sandwich and it arrives still frozen. I send it back and it comes back frozen. Annoyed, I ask for some cheddar and bacon fries, and guess what? No, they don't arrive frozen, but without bacon... a little more attention, considering we pay a lot for gluten-free food and it takes a long time to be served because, supposedly, it needs to be reheated in the microwave. I appreciate the wait staff's apology... but I appreciate the kitchen service.

16/07/2026: I understand when it's crowded that something can go wrong but at 12 with few people the cold hamburger can be avoided
