12/01/2025: The only flaw is the absence of a bathroom exclusive to the venue: you have to use the external one shared with the patrons of the shopping centre. For the rest I found myself very well: the staff is courteous and responded very well when a problem arose with the order, the service is quite quick and the restaurant is clean and tidy. There would be a debate about the prices, but in my opinion they are adequate for the quality of the dishes.

07/01/2025: HOW TO RUIN AN EVENING Very serious experience: to be ABSOLUTELY avoided. We booked a table for 5 people at 8pm, but upon our arrival we were assigned a table for 4, even though the place was practically empty. As if that wasn't enough, the table wasn't even set. To our request for a suitable table, the waitress responded arrogantly with "first come, first served", an absurd and unjustifiable behaviour. The orders: we asked for a medium beer, a gluten-free beer, a Fanta and three waters. The three waters, the Fanta and a beer which the staff assured us was gluten-free arrived at the table. Unfortunately, it later turned out that it wasn't: the person with celiac disease who drank it had to go to the doctor. This very serious error, the result of total negligence, seriously endangered the health of a customer. As for the food, the situation was no better: we had ordered a picanha, but we were served an unsolicited trio of meat. When we pointed out the mistake, the waitress did not explicitly say that we had to eat it, but clearly implied it, with a rude and disinterested attitude. We asked to speak to the manager, but his "solution" was completely inadequate: he said he would call the waitresses back and offered us dinner as compensation. A ridiculous offer, considering that one person in our group faced serious consequences for their incompetence. A rude, disorganized service and, above all, an error that had very serious consequences for the health of a customer. We intend to file a complaint for what happened. Not recommended for anyone, especially those with specific dietary needs or who expect a minimum of professionalism.

15/02/2025: Terrible, we just got home after going to the mc drive in Navacchio, when we opened the bag, the girl's sandwich (paid for) was missing and our two were wrong, they weren't the sandwiches we ordered! We called to report and no one answered. We're not there!

09/02/2025: I ordered non-spicy chicken Mc nuggets and they gave me spicy ones even though having said so the girl pretended to change them and gave me the same ones I don't recommend it to anyone zero stars

22/12/2024: I went to dinner here because I knew beers and I took the opportunity to go to the brewery, the place is nice, furnished in industrial style, the counter is nice and the idea of ​​the games is nice. Wide choice of beers obviously their menu is a little narrower than the food, but it is a brewery not a restaurant. In addition to the beers we took 3 sandwiches, not very big to be honest but good, well made and served with a side of chips. I liked the place overall, the beer was also good

09/11/2024: Family dinner in July (2 adults and 2 children). Small place but with a lot of outdoor space in the recent Eliopoli pedestrian area. The name alone attracted me and created expectations, and they were almost all maintained. Given the name, it was right to start with the beers: varied choice of craft beers, I tried the Belgian blonde which, despite the abundant 8 degrees, went down well when eating, which is a pleasure. Menu with an adequate choice in my opinion, having less choice allows you to focus more on quality, and we were very satisfied with this. Friendly and helpful staff also for our requests for the 2 year old girl, both regarding accommodation and food. The only small flaw, understandable, when it got a bit crowded around us and from the buzz they didn't understand our request, but they were very ready to remedy it. If it were an anonymous sandwich shop in the town center the price would be too expensive, but being a place of this type, in a particular position, and being the food and beers of excellent quality, I can only say that it is a place (for me) not every day, but to have a special and good dinner it's definitely worth it. As soon as we pass through Calambrone again it will be one of the safe destinations!

23/02/2025: Three of us went last night, the place isn't bad, in my opinion the approach and communication with customers could be improved. If you opt for burgers you will be pleasantly surprised, good quality, nice appearance and fair price. However, if you ask to eat some vegetables au gratin you will be very disappointed. I received a plate with 5 very thin slices (and by very thin I mean within 2 millimetres) of courgette (small in size), 4 very thin slices of aubergine (also small in size) and a few strips of pepper. All spread out well to cover the plate. Maybe less than 80 grams in total. Disproportionate price, estimated at around 15 euros (subtracting the cost of the other dishes from the total). Perhaps they do this to discourage requests of this type. They certainly discouraged our return. Sin.

12/01/2025: We are a group and we ask where we can sit, there is a free room but at 11pm they tell us that it is reserved only as a restaurant room so they make us sit at narrow tables with uncomfortable seats in front of the counter... while the entire room has lots of free spacious tables! Furthermore, apparently the place closes at midnight even though it's Saturday and we didn't expect it for a pub... the unpleasant fact is that close to closing they opened the main door which was in front of us, making us feel very cold so we were forced to leave quickly... they say they did it to change the air (and perhaps to rudely communicate the closure) but they could have worried about the customers who were hit by the freezing air and could open the doors after having warned us that the place was closing … In short unpleasant experience, I hope this review can serve as advice for managers to have some simple more attention for customers and improve the service. At the moment I do not recommend this place.
