21/11/2024: Personally I think it is one of the best burgers in Catania (if not the best), at least in the entire central area, among a thousand sandwich shops that sell fried air and which never fully satisfy. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious, each sandwich is always a delight. It may seem trivial, but what many often forget is that a good burger starts from the BREAD, which is always fresh and delicious, rather than being cheap like in most sandwich shops. The staff is very friendly and kind, the prices are honest and in line with the market. Unfortunately, I'm afraid they don't make home deliveries (a site is indicated, but it doesn't work, and I've never found it in the delivery apps), but in some ways it's a good thing: being such a good sandwich, it should be enjoyed on the spot as soon as it's ready. ready, and being in the central Via Umberto it is worth taking a walk to reach it. The place is small but has its own style, nice and clean. Keep it up, well done!

31/01/2025: Il locale è carino ma la cucina deludente. Non mi piace fare recensioni negative ma quando le cose sono evidenti come pure la presa in giro allora lo faccio. Ho ordinato un semplice panino al pollo e mi è arrivato un panino semifreddo come pure le patatine di contorno. Dopo aver gentilmente segnalato il problema, uno del personale ha ritirato il mio piatto ed è tornato con il piatto con il panino riscaldato e le patatine rifritte.... ovviamente ora erano calde. Inoltre il pollo dentro il panino era così duro che nemmeno col coltello si poteva tagliare. Mi dispiace solo per la scorrettezza verso il cliente. Nient'altro da aggiungere.

I start an order at 7pm via Glovo, they say that the rider left at 8.30pm, at 9.30pm no one is still seen and listen to the best part "they don't accept cancellation of the order" so I even paid for an order that I didn't have received after waiting almost 3 hours because it was 10pm in the meantime. They used the bad weather in the late afternoon as an excuse (it stopped raining before 8pm) but even if it were, if you are not able do not accept orders, there is no such thing as a 3 hour wait and there is no that you do not accept the cancellation of an order even after having also lied by saying that the rider had left, not even if he had left Milan. Shameful. UPDATE Correction, why do you remain open and offer delivery availability if you are NOT able to cope with the request? It's about self-awareness because you won't guarantee a service if you then leave people waiting for hours and hours. It was YOU who did not accept the cancellation, this is the most serious thing, as repeated several times by assistance. Because inexperience is acceptable, but the arrogance in refusing a cancellation with the same refund when you create enormous inconvenience is truly embarrassing. Easy like that. And don't tell lies, i.e. that the rider left at 8.30pm (which isn't true) just to gain more time, close or limit the acceptance of orders rather than leaving people waiting for you for an entire evening.

17/01/2025: Se potessi non metterei nemmeno una stella. Pessimi. Avvio un ordine alle 19 tramite glovo, dicono che il rider è partito alle 20.30, alle 21.30 non si vede ancora nessuno e ascoltate la parte più bella "non accettano l'annullamento dell'ordine" quindi ho pure pagato per un ordine che non ho ricevuto dopo un'attesa di quasi 3 ore perché si son fatte le 22 nel frattempo. Hanno usato come scusa il cattivo tempo che c'è stato nel tardo pomeriggio (ha smesso di piovere da prima delle 20) ma anche se fosse, se non siete in grado non accettate ordini, non esiste un'attesa di 3 ore e non esiste che non accettiate l'eliminazione di un ordine dopo aver anche mentito dicendo che il rider era partito, manco fosse partito da Milano. Vergognosi.

20/01/2025: My Dudu and I decided to try the oww from central Sicily... we both ordered p the chicken cut which is a pleasure...very soft and tasty chicken combined with the french fries and its sauce...after which we decided to try the desserts...Nutella cheesecake for La Bubù and sorbet for the Dudù... very good...

30/10/2024: What a great, little spot! Our food was amazing! Service was excellent. The portions were really huge. We asked for a takeaway box for my leftovers because I didn’t want it to go to waste. Really glad we tried it out. Lots of tables with an amazing view of the ocean and open air casual seating. I had the seafood swordfish pasta with pistachio cream sauce at the recommendation of our server because I couldn’t decide. Very happy with her recommendation!

Once we get to the point of ordering we ask for 3 aperitifs, 1 tongs and a cutlet for the little girl in the high chair Well, gentlemen, the waitress clearly, firmly and with an irritated tone, listen carefully, tells us that the aperitif cannot be served as it is already 8.45pm there was no material time as the same table at 9.30pm had to be occupied by a another reservation I feel like giving the service a poor rating Poor was the kind lady asleep in the woods who by telephone (at 8.04pm) did not inform us that the same table we booked was booked by other people at 9.30pm. 25/11/2024: Randy's is doing a great job of trying to make "Brunch" a thing in Italy! As an American brunch lover, this was a taste of home to sit and enjoy hearty breakfast food (eggs, bacon, hash browns...) in an inviting atmosphere. Everyone there was super friendly and I highly recommend giving them a try.
