06/01/2026: I went to McDonald's in Rivoli tonight. I had a bad experience. They didn't give me the sandwich I ordered and paid for, nor did they give me the fries on the menu. Furthermore, the sandwich they gave me had no sauce, no salad, no condiments, when I had only asked for pickles to be omitted. I'm very disappointed because I paid for a service and in the end I didn't get what I ordered. Also, the chicken wings were rubbery and dry. WORST McDonald's IN THE PROVINCE. SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE DONE NOW.

02/01/2026: Incompetent staff and takeout food that's always cold! With your prices, you should get a different service! Never again.
