28/09/2025: The food was good, but the portions were embarrassing. We sat down at 12:30, and after two tiny appetizers, the first course arrived at 2:40. Tagliatelle with mushrooms...not very good, in fact almost tasteless, the same for the second course, not to mention the portion. The house wine was very similar to 90 octane. I left feeling hungrier and more nervous than before. Very friendly staff.

05/09/2025: This restaurant, located near Riva, has been around for many years and has never disappointed me. They always offer a wide variety of good-quality meat dishes, which can be paired with local wines. The desserts are also good. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews about this restaurant, especially since it's always crowded even in August! The only mistake I noticed once was the over-salted fries. But it's never happened again. Go there without hesitation! I highly recommend it!

06/10/2025: Nightmare lunch, don't go. Lunch today: terrible experience. We ordered and then waited almost an hour without anything we'd asked for arriving. The waiters were invisible, and when they were there, they simply said "it's coming" without doing anything to resolve the issue. In the end, we left without having eaten. The service was nonexistent and the management completely unacceptable.

16/09/2025: Located in the historic center of Turin, behind Piazza Solferino, it is easily accessible by public transport. The venue is spread over two floors, making it very spacious. There is also a large screen upstairs where you can watch matches. The staff is friendly and helpful.

17/07/2025: This American-style burger restaurant really surprised me, both for its unique decor and the quality of its food. It's located in San Salvario, near Corso Marconi, in an area with difficult parking. That aside, everything else is worth it: the girl who welcomed and served us was friendly, the food was quality (a plate of nachos with a delicious cheddar and cherry tomato sauce, four large and tasty American sandwiches with a side of well-cooked fries, a slice of "out of this world" cheesecake, and the coffees were good too). Inside, there are tables for 2, 4, and 6 people, seating about thirty people, I think, and there's also an outdoor terrace. The bill is definitely more expensive than conventional fast food chains, but the quality justifies it; it's worth it. For four of us, we spent about €25 each. I highly recommend it.

01/09/2025: We stopped by chance for a lunch break before continuing our journey. The cube, always the same as the MC cube, is perfect for us, as we like it. Very friendly staff and a nice place. The outdoor play area is nice, where my kids could play a bit before heading back.

01/09/2025: It's not possible, the food, if you can call it that, smells of disinfectant. It was a bad idea to stop at Mek.

04/10/2025: For a place that relies mostly on grilled meat, I expected better. The meat was decidedly undercooked, with a strong, bitter, burnt flavor.

20/09/2025: Road House is a good place overall — the atmosphere is lively, and the service is generally friendly and quick. The food tastes fresh and portions are generous, which makes it a nice spot for a casual meal. Prices are fair for what you get. That said, a few small improvements could make it even better, like more consistency in the dishes and a bit more attention to detail. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and looking for a reliable place to eat.

12/10/2025: Today 12/10/2025 we went for breakfast around 10 in the morning and it's not the first time.....after 15 minutes of waiting for cappuccino and croissant they tell me the croissants are finished and we have to wait a bit for them to put them back in the oven......empty place not many people there was already a customer who was arguing with the staff me too......I laughed about the money back... now I understand why in the morning it's always empty..........female manager tells me to wait again.....they open at 9 I arrived at 9.45 and she tells me there were people out of croissants.....it's absolutely not true......remove breakfast if you are not capable of managing........

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

02/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We went to the drive thru this evening, around 11 pm, there were three of us. We ordered two Happy Meals, a saver menu with a double cheeseburger, and a nugget deal. We'd chosen the one with the 4-piece nugget, but when we got to the counter to pay, we politely asked if we could exchange it for the 6-piece nugget, which cost €3.80. After this request, the girl at the counter started huffing and puffing, and the guy behind her (Alessandro) loudly exclaimed, "Oh, but these guys can't handle it," as if our request were incredibly absurd. The truth? They didn't feel like exchanging the products because the bag was already ready, not even time to pay. Do you know why the bag was already ready? Because they've had the products ready for hours, confirmed by the fact that the sandwiches were hard and crunchy like biscuits. The double cheeseburger we ordered without cucumbers was one of the pre-made ones, because when we opened it, we noticed the cucumbers had been removed from the already melted cheese, probably to keep it warm. They didn't succeed; it was cold. When the bag was thrown to us in the car, with much grumbling, we obviously checked and realized we'd been given two Actimels instead of one Actimel and one Parmesan, which we'd specifically asked the girl for. Once we pointed this out, the very annoyed girl called the manager, who arrogantly yelled and assured us she'd thrown it to the bottom of the bag. This explains everything. Unless we're magicians, the two Actimels we showed them didn't appear on their own. The whole thing was resolved by them trying to sell us off by giving us one Parmesan. So we ended up with two Actimels and one Parmesan. Too bad for them; we were just trying to be polite. When we got home, we noticed that the complimentary sauce from the famous 6-piece nuggets (mayonnaise) was missing. So, moral of the story, if you like surprise dinners peppered with insults, this is the place for you. I also work in the same job and have never allowed myself to behave like this!!

30/09/2025: Every time I go to McDonald's in Rivoli, something is always missing from my order. It's really frustrating having to double-check every time you pick up the bag, because if you don't, you're going to end up with a scam. Tonight, I didn't have time to check, and the nuggets were missing. Several times, I've stopped in my car to double-check, and even though it was their mistake, they even had the nerve to ask me for my receipt and act annoyed. Besides losing food, I also lose money: if only I had at least one of them... It can't be possible that this happens so often; a little more attention should have been paid.
