This time I tried the pulled pork sandwich, I have to say that the combination of pulled pork and barbecue sauce is not so good, the pulled pork already has that flavor and adding the sauce also makes it too strong in taste, probably I'm weak stomach because I couldn't finish it. I'm not saying for any reason that it's not good the quality is excellent, but for some sandwiches the spicy was a bit too high compared to average, beautiful place you eat really well highly recommended.

Without any major surprises, it lives up to what the chain has taught us to appreciate. The mall location is a little less charming than others, but it's still pleasant.
The staff is attentive and the food is always top-notch.

Quick and friendly service.
It can get noisy in the late evening.
Dessert: I tried a mini cup, a little light on the topping, which was supposed to be caramel.
I appreciate being able to sit around and chat without feeling pressured to vacate the table.

18/09/2025: Everything was excellent, but the food portions could be a little more generous for the price. I had a portion with my friends and my partner, but we were still hungry... you can't always spend crazy amounts on food.
Otherwise, everything was excellent.

18/02/2026: Weekday ladies' night at this place. The sandwich-making concept is great; there are so many different meats, some very unusual, some I'd never heard of! The plate came with fries, a very generous portion! The sandwich exceeded expectations; it was really good! The desserts were delicious, although we were expecting the classic churros to be dunked; the ones offered were made into balls and filled with Nutella. The place is very nice, quiet, with little traffic. Perhaps the only "disturbing" thing was the TV being turned up a bit loud. The staff is young and helpful. We'll be back!

23/02/2026: We had the all-you-can-eat ribs. They arrived cold, unappealing, and limp. The service was slow, inattentive, and indifferent. It's a shame, because it was a regular event we enjoyed. I don't think we'll repeat the experience.

We were served within 20 minutes of ordering.
The staff were really kind and courteous, professional, and smiling.

15/02/2026: I booked this restaurant for Valentine's Day. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and a warm welcome. The quaint location and the small room set aside for the themed dinner were simply charming. We enjoyed a dinner featuring well-prepared and excellent dishes. I highly recommend it.
