The soul of the place, however, are the two managers, super attentive, always on the ball, smart, polite, professional... in short, if the place works, a good part of the credit is certainly due to them!!!

08/06/2025: Hi, like the last review we read, we also wanted to relax and eat something for dinner since we were already there. They seated us immediately and took our order in the right time, after a long wait, they served us the red meat mix with medium rare COLD (which is inedible) and a panic with the same COLD cutlet. After having told the waiter, we were asked if he could heat it up and we asked to remake it, given the choice of dish. After another long wait and no apologies, the two dishes were brought back to us, which had certainly not been remade but only reheated: there were less pieces in the meat mix (we had tasted them previously), the tomato inside the cold sandwich and only the piece on top had been changed. We asked to speak to the manager, who told us and assured us that the dishes had been remade, but the chips were full of "crumbs", the red meat medium rare reheated and you could even see it. The problem arises when you make fun of the customer. The customer comes to eat and has no interest in having the dishes sent back and prolonging his wait for dinner. I also work in contact with the public in the trade and this was a rather shameful behavior and above all a "snatch" for those who come to eat there. You just apologize, the customer is always right and comes first, I would like to remind you of this. We go to pay and we point this out to the girl at the cash register, who unlike the manager, with even more snatching, replies "ok bye". You should be ashamed and if you don't know how to say that you were wrong, you should change jobs. Sometimes you just need to be POLITE. You don't care about losing customers, but you give the image of the place.

21/04/2025: Locale nei pressi della mole Antonelliana. Hamburger veramente buoni e con carne di grande qualità. Ottime le patatine ed il pane nero.

20/04/2025: Sono stata con mio marito e uno dei miei figli ieri sera per una serata tranquilla da birra e panino!I rockettari in realtà sono loro,io mi sono lasciata trascinare dagli eventi😅!Ci accoglie una ragazza carina, gentile e super preparata su tutti i panini straordinari scritti sul menù!! Scegliamo tre degli hamburger più grossi,sfida di famiglia!!🤣 Quando arrivano strabuzziamo gli occhi per quanto sono enormi!!😅Tra tecniche varie per riuscire a trovare un modo.per addentarli senza spoaccicarli sui vestiti, finalmente si comincia!!Carne eccellente,sapori che si sposano perfettamente con tutti gli ingredienti, qualità altissima.Bisogna assolutamente provarlo e godersi l'esperienza!!Il locale è molto bencurato con musica rock ma con un volume piacevole che permette anche fi fare due chiacchiere!! Torneremo sicuramente con il resto della famiglia per la prossima sfida carnivora!!🤣🤣 Grazie per la bella serata!❤️
