21/06/2025: The food as a whole very good but... This time I tried the pulled pork sandwich, I have to say that the combination of pulled pork and barbecue sauce is not so good, the pulled pork already has that flavor and adding the sauce also makes it too strong in taste, probably I'm weak stomach because I couldn't finish it. I'm not saying for any reason that it's not good the quality is excellent, but for some sandwiches the spicy was a bit too high compared to average, beautiful place you eat really well highly recommended.

09/11/2025: San Francisco prices, but we're in San Francisco! They boasted about masterful steaks, but sadly, we weren't satisfied with either the cooking or the cut. The steak brought to the table with the correct weight had excessive fat (although we like to enjoy a proportionate amount of fat with the meat, in this case it was proportionately more fat than meat). Although we commented on our surprise at the high amount of fat, they told us that steak should be enjoyed with the fat. It wasn't the first dry-aged steak we've ever eaten, but it will certainly be the last we'll eat at this place. The bill was €530 for two steaks (totaling 2.6 kg) and a bottle of wine without a €1 discount. Despite our disappointment. Disappointment

25/10/2025: Truly excellent burger. Quality meat and crispy bread. There's a wide selection, but it would be nice if they could also accommodate those who can't eat cheese or sauces, but who, as meat lovers, still want to treat themselves to a burger dinner every now and then. Small but very cute. The owner is friendly.

19/10/2025: A colleague of mine and I went to eat at Old Wild West in Moncalieri. We hadn't booked, but they were super efficient. Kudos to the manager with the blonde bob, who was truly kind and helpful. We were shown to a table and served two excellent beers: a pilsner and a raffo. We ordered the specialty: two cockerels. Excellent experience, a bit noisy due to the large crowd, but that's normal on weekends. All the staff who served us were truly kind and friendly. Come in large numbers, but make a reservation.

14/08/2025: Honestly, there's not much to write. I'll definitely be back. The place is pleasant and well-maintained, the service is fast, and the chef is very friendly. It's a great place to go for high-quality burgers at low prices. I hope they demolish the Burger King built next door.

08/12/2025: Truly an excellent place, I want to say it right away: the food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and truly excellent flavors. But the real praise goes to the staff, always kind and professional, even when dealing with sometimes overly... demanding customers. I've seen them handle rude situations with truly admirable calm and courtesy. Sincere compliments to those who work here: quality in the food and quality in the way they handle things. I'll definitely be back!

07/12/2025: Large windows without curtains... in December we ate in short sleeves with the sun in our eyes. The children had the sun beating down on their heads and we adults couldn't look each other in the face. Furthermore, the children's cutlet and fries tasted of onions, probably because they had been fried near onions or the oil hadn't been changed.

13/12/2025: Terrible service. The fries were limp, raw, and covered in oil. The same goes for all the other food. It's true that it's rush hour, but they can't serve products like this. Furthermore, the staff always signs your order ready in advance, even though it's not true, and you have to wait for several minutes. They also showed a great deal of carelessness in preparing and serving the food. I'm sorry, I don't usually write reviews like this—I'm also in the industry—but it's truly unacceptable.

13/12/2025: Four of us came to try the KFC in Lingotto, and the experience was absolutely disappointing and frustrating, from the moment we ordered until the last cold fries. 1. ⏳ Disorganization and Unacceptable Wait Times The first problem arose with the order management. Even though the display showed it as "Ready," we had to wait in vain because it was clearly still being prepared. This miscommunication is indicative of serious internal disorganization that doesn't respect the customer's time. 2. 🍗 Food Quality: Limp, Cold, and Bland When the order finally arrived, the disappointment was utter for all four diners. * Temperature: Every single piece of fried food (chicken, fries, etc.) was completely COLD. It seemed like it had been prepared hours earlier. * Texture: They were all Limp and not at all crispy. KFC's fried food should be its strong point, but this one was rubbery and lacking in crunch. * Taste: The food was completely devoid of salt. The result was a heavy, bland, and unpleasant meal. 3. 🚨 Incomplete Order: Unforgivable Oversight To top off the disastrous experience, the order was also INCOMPLETE. A portion of nuggets that we had duly paid for was missing. Forgetting an order component is unacceptable and forces the customer to return to the counter to correct a mistake that shouldn't have existed. In summary: Disorganized service, poor quality food (cold, limp, and tasteless), and an order error that only increased the frustration. The experience at KFC Lingotto was a waste of time and money. I strongly advise against this branch.

15/11/2025: Guys, what a great meal!!!! Mattia, whom I met on the fly that morning during the ATP Finals event and met up with again that evening at 11 pm at the pub, is a great friend!!! I had a buffalo burger with fries, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon... exceptional!!! Great experience, and as planned, I'm going back today around 2 pm. Emma is also a great person, very smart!!! A big THANK YOU and a big hug to everyone. 😘

09/11/2025: We arrived a little early. We had a reservation for 2:00 PM. As soon as we walked in, they seated us. A few minutes later, they came to take our order. I ordered the burger with brisket, but they told me it wasn't possible because they'd run out. (I imagine, given the time.) I was a little disappointed. They recommended the pulled pork. The sandwich itself is very good. The vegetables were very fresh and the meat was very succulent. They offer a separate menu for gluten-free options. The fries, even though they're frozen, are very crispy. The prices are reasonable. I'd gladly go back to try the brisket. The bread is also good. The wait was about 15 minutes. It takes longer for gluten-free options.

18/09/2025: Everything was excellent, but the food portions could be a little more generous for the price. I had a portion with my friends and my partner, but we were still hungry... you can't always spend crazy amounts on food. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
