06/10/2024: Drinks, service and location always at the top! I would only add a few snacks to the menu to accompany the cocktail, (e.g. nachos, "classic" chips) But in any case 5 stars well deserved!

27/08/2024: Un piccolo birrificio ma di grande qualità, le birre artigianali fatte da loro sono ciascuna a suo modo interessanti e piacevoli, le ho assaggiate tutte durante le varie visite che ho fatto al Bim's e mi sono piaciute, naturalmente vanno abbinate al piatto giusto ma credo che con il pulled pork stiano tutte bene, beh a pensarci meglio anche con le alette di pollo le loro birre si abbinano tutte... mah... a questo punto credo che la questione vada approfondita, dovrò ritornare per una verifica sul posto dopo di che vi farò sapere i risultati della mia ricerca, se nel frattempo volete fare qualche "ricerca" per conto vostro consiglio sempre di prenotare perchè il locale è bello ma di dimensioni compatte.

26/08/2024: Da tempo cliente del BIM, tappa doverosa se appassionati di birre artigianali e carni affumicate / lenta cottura, tutto davvero ottimo, dolci compresi. Interessanti le formule menù con prezzi nella media. Personale molto gentile, considerando le dimensioni del locale consigliata la prenotazione.

13/12/2024: Last night I ordered takeaway and from there I had problems paying on the application because the payment with Paypal wasn't working. Then, when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait half an hour even though they had politely informed me that they would notify the kitchen to prepare my order immediately to avoid making me wait the entire half hour. The biggest problem and why I give two stars is that I explicitly wrote to remove the OWW sauce from a sandwich, as a person is allergic to an ingredient, but when we got home the sandwich had the sauce. At least check the instructions given to you by the customer, because if by chance he had eaten the sandwich without checking it would have been bad and at what point we would have gone to legal action. Furthermore, in this regard, the sandwich in question was the ribs burger, but the OWW sauce is not indicated among the ingredients on the application. We hoped it would go better, you have to pay more attention to the service and customer requests.

30/11/2024: Too high prices and increasingly smaller portions. This chain has lost points over the years. It's a shame because the environment is beautiful, themedly furnished, and there are vegetarian and vegan alternatives. We spent 45.3 euros for 2 simple beers, two (small) veg sandwiches, an onion ring and a mini ice cream... truly excessive for what arrived at the table. Staff without infamy or praise. In terms of service, we waited a bit, even though it was a Monday, but I think it was bad luck as several tables arrived just before us. We won't be returning
