02/05/2026: Live review: after they seated us, it took about 15 minutes for them to come take our order (and we called them). Now we've been waiting over 40 minutes for two sandwiches, the place half empty. I'll keep you updated.
They finally arrived, the meat overcooked and dry. We ate quickly and ran away from this place. It's a shame because we're regulars at this chain. Oh, and finally, on the way to the bathroom, you pass a table with a pile of dirty plates stacked up. Not exactly a panoramic view.
28/04/2026: I don't usually review restaurant chains, for obvious reasons, but I occasionally make an exception.
Of course, the food, drinks, quality, variety, and so on are completely comparable to other restaurants in the same brand, but in addition to the consistently friendly, polite, and personable staff (which never hurts), I've always liked this Old Wild West restaurant for its table layout, seating, and overall layout in comfortable, private spaces.
Regarding prices, I can only say that, like all other OWW locations, it's significantly more expensive than most of its competitors, but the quality is better and the portions are larger.

I must say that over the years, the food quality and portion size have fallen short of their category.
It remains at a good level, but other competing establishments have improved and, as a result, surpassed this one.

05/05/2026: I come back here every time and I always try something different. They have many varieties and I am always pleasantly surprised. However, the meat is their number one and the most delicious.

19/04/2026: A pub where you can listen to live music and have fun with friends over a game of pool or foosball. I recommend trying the burgers; they're truly delicious!
One small flaw: the music is quite loud, making it difficult to converse at the table.
12/04/2026: A wonderful tribute to Ligabue! Excellent food, lovely, family atmosphere. We were a little late ordering, but that might have been due to the place being really busy for the evening. I'll be back.
PS: The fries were exceptional!!!

05/05/2026: After I finished eating, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I came back and found the table sparkling clean. I told the girl with the red locks, "The service is excellent, but this is even too much. Don't worry, I didn't take it personally; I wanted to leave anyway, given how tired I was. Otherwise, everything was excellent ❤️
26/04/2026: A very positive experience for the children, with placemats and markers provided by them for coloring, gadgets, and play areas.

03/05/2026: I often come for lunch after the pool and find speed, hospitality, and quality standards. Just what you're looking for at Mac. Today I have to note for the umpteenth time that when Mr. Shehan, a young man probably from Sri Lanka, is on duty, the place is always clean and tidy.

26/04/2025: Honestly, it's a rather disappointing place. It presents itself as an excellent place with fried foods and ingredients that are not only local and local, but also high-quality. But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.
26/04/2025: The atmosphere is very charming, with a 1960s Italian feel, making it very welcoming.
The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices.
A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple.
The service is okay.

20/06/2024: Menù ottimo e direi ricercato, con ottima attenzione alle materie prime per un risultato davvero riuscito!! Quantità e qualità rare! Personale gentile e disponibile, velocità ed efficienza. Ambiente molto curato e decisamente accogliente. Consigliatissimo.
28/03/2024: e' un locale che frequento da un pò ed in effetti qualche mese fa sembrava che nell'insieme avesse perso quello smalto che aveva, con panini e proposte mediocri nella realizzazione. L'altra sera portando amici ho visto con estrema soddisfazione la vera qualità del servizio e dei contenuti con un piattone di Nachos preparati a strati (quindi ogni piccolo strato aveva il suo condimento di formaggio, peperoni etc). Sono poi stati stati gentilissimi quando due degli hamburger sono arrivati molto tiepidi ai primi due morsi e senza battere ciglio li hanno rifatti scusandosi in modo educato e professionale.
Continuate così, anche gli amici hanno apprezzato

16/04/2025: Il posto è l' ideale per una cena con gli amici , ci vado spesso sia solo per passare una serata in compagnia degli amici sia per ascoltare qualche band che si esibisce il weekend.
Lo staff è molto gentile.
Lo consiglio.
15/04/2025: Posto veramente particolare, entri direttamente nel vecchio West . Cibo ottimo, atmosfera country a 360 gradi, spazi aperti e cavalli. Ideale per giornate rilassanti e divertenti con la famiglia . Poi nell'arena quasi ogni domenica c'è una manifestazione con cavalli diversa. Se dentro di te c'è un cowboy/ cowgirl oppure un duro biker , questo posto fa per te.

04/01/2025: Hamburger con fassona..svizzera cotta male, mezza bruciata, sapore insipido, niente di speciale al palato. 14€ per un hamburger occorre fornire un panino all'altezza.
04/08/2024: Calda sera d'agosto: all'interno del locale, la piacevole frescura dell'impianto di climatizzazione, ma pure un gran vociare ed un frastuono imbarazzante, tali da rendere impossibile persino il semplice colloquio.
Bevande in tempo record, lunga attesa per i panini, però ripagata dalla bontà degli stessi.
Prezzo nella norma.
