01/04/2025: We were eating there with 6 people and wanted to order 5 western plates. The waitress explained to us that it wasn't possible. We got 2 plates for 5 people. It was so little that we had to order BBQ ribs for 5 people.

29/03/2025: Good lunch based on meat, everything well cooked and taken care of as in all the stores of the same chain. Nothing "original", but everything good.

08/04/2025: Being celiac, I contacted the place in advance asking for information and, despite the lack of a separate kitchen, they reassured me by telling me about gluten-free bread, AIC certification and a separate oven, only the fresh ones could be contaminated. Once I arrived for dinner, together with some colleagues, apart from the empty and cold place, I noticed that the menu only contains food with gluten. A game of continuous contradictions begins: 1) I reiterate my celiac disease to the staff and first, they tell me that they are certified then, based on "how they were instructed", they are obliged to inform me that there is a risk of contamination (I point out that if there is certification, there should be no possibility of contamination but I move on); 2) immediately afterwards they ask me if I am intolerant or allergic. I repeat again that I am celiac but there is nothing to be done, they insist on the possibility of contamination (not well-educated staff); 3) "separate oven" in which bread was heated meant the same oven but on different levels; 4) as an order I ask for the least contaminated food possible, they recommend cold cuts because they are "still closed and sealed in their packaging" (I explain that the problem of gluten, in this case, shifts to the methods of production and conservation of food and not so much on the open or closed packaging, but I move forward); 5) they confirmed to me that the kitchen was clean as no dish had yet been served and that they would have spoken to the chef to give me further information, warning him to have him prepare my dish first and then that of the others, to avoid contamination. Well, I never heard anything more about the chef (among other things, my colleagues' dishes arrived first, including cut bread). 6) my two small sandwiches arrive, I ask again if the chef had been notified and they tell me that my dish came out last only to have them all come out together but in reality it was made first (I remain with the benefit of the doubt and eat). I am also disappointed by the portions in general (they are not at all like the ones in the photo, I would highly recommend updating the site and the Google page). The others take a sandwich (classic loaf) and two small tomini with a microscopic portion of fish and chips. All this for around 25/30 euros each and a return home with an empty stomach. I'm sorry but we're definitely not there.

24/03/2025: I've been out here for half an hour and it's 00:00 on the page it's exactly written that it closes at 2:00 all doors are closed employees who don't exist the Mc drive with incompetent and dirty people, and without manners they haven't even greeted me or even thanked me because I pay them the salary they get at the end of the month. Having said that, I will continue to come because the MC is late in the evening and it can fit. Goodbye

24/03/2025: Terrible experience. I order to take away a mcwrap without salad, chips with bacon and cheese, a chicken mc and chips with cheese only. I get home and the mc wrap has salad, the mc chicken doesn't and the chips both have bacon..... 3 things wrong out of 4, scandalous!!!!

12/03/2025: Cold burger, chips and the Bacon inside the burger were made hours before the dish was served, a burger as good as the Sitting Bull was one of the saddest burgers I've ever eaten. It has nothing to do with the old wild west chain that's around. Zero score

08/03/2025: Disponibilità da parte del responsabile per trovare posto al mio amico in carrozzina cercando un tavolo adatto, trovato ci siamo fermati a pranzo.Direi che per una catena di fast food sono rimasto sorpreso dalla bontà dei piatti. Personale gentile e presente, lo consiglio a persone in carrozzina trovando anche un bagno adatto, anche perché è difficile trovare locale con bagno ok. Sicuramente ci torneremo magari per un dopo cinema
