19/07/2025: Incredible customer service, very kind. Very varied selection, everything is good even if it's still fast food. Average for the body but very good for the heart. I recommend it.

17/08/2025: This evening we had dinner at the Old in Pavia, inside the Carrefour. My son and I are celiacs, and we were finally welcomed and served like everyone else, without restrictions and without hearing the usual "we don't guarantee cross-contamination, etc." Fast service, spotlessly clean, and a varied and quality gluten-free menu. The non-gluten-free menu was also appreciated. The girl at the cash register was exceptionally courteous. I would like to suggest that the chain also offer gluten-free options at the Old in Voghera, to save us 60/70 km. Thank you, and keep it up! Simona Bongiorno

07/08/2025: Spacious, quiet, excellent food, and fast service. The disabled restroom is on the ground floor; to reach the other restrooms, you have to climb a long staircase to get to the upper floor. There's a larger dining area than the ground floor, but only young people can easily carry their lunch tray.

26/04/2025: The environment is very nice, in Italian 60s style and this makes the place very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crispy", as the name of the place suggests. Good starters but perhaps the quantities could be improved considering the prices. Nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. Service ok.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.
