The slow service was caused by the staff's total lack of professionalism: they spent their time chatting among themselves, deliberately ignoring the customer and displaying a complete lack of attention to their duties.

28/02/2026: A very negative experience. During my stay, I witnessed the manager (wearing a white shirt) making remarks to employees that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. He chuckled while speaking and made comments about how he could fire anyone he wanted. I find this attitude disrespectful toward workers and inconsistent with the image of professionalism that a company like McDonald's should project. It was unpleasant to witness this scene. I hope management takes action to ensure a more respectful work environment.
