13/05/2024: Started with tortilla chips which was great taste. My main dish was beef tagliata. The beef was mild too firm. The taste was not bad.

03/05/2024: We went for lunch, initially the impact wasn't bad, we started with the appetizer and it was good with dry frying. However, I had high expectations for them Ribs but alas they arrived cold as were the chips with cheddar and bacon and when we told the manager at the cash register he replied that they could reheat them. Honestly, I only communicated it so that the kitchen would be informed in a constructive way. Plus when we were going to smoke a waitress practically blocked us saying that only one at a time could go and smoke. Never heard of such a thing, you can't stop a customer from smoking while waiting for another course.

23/03/2024: Terrible!! The incompetent waitress. She doesn't listen to the customer and does her own thing... for health reasons I asked her to remove an ingredient and instead of considering the request she started arguing to be right... people like you shouldn't ruin the "BURGEZ" logo since I had a great time in all the other BURGEZ venues.

07/03/2024: Changed the bread again and for the worse... I regret when the smaller but much softer potato bun was used...

01/04/2024: Excellent in terms of service and food, unfortunately I happened to meet homeless people several times asking for food and bothering anyone. Given the area, there should be more checks.

16/03/2024: Non è la prima volta che ci si fermava qui per pranzo. Le altre volte, va detto, era andata bene. Oggi invece un vero disastro su tutta la linea. Non funziona il device per la prenotazione in autonomia e il cameriere la fa a “memoria”. Aspettiamo 19 min (di orologio) che arrivino due bicchieri di vino e l’acqua. 19min con sollecitazione al capo sala. Un piatto arriva come ordinato. L’altro completamente sbagliato e viene rifatto. La richiesta all’inizio era chiara, no salse no formaggi. L’hamburger rifatto (arriva 10 min dopo) viene servito con uno strato di burrata! Il piatto sbagliato poi è stato tolto dal conto e offerta una porzione di patatine. Alcune suggerimenti nell’ottica del miglioramento: 1) se non funzionano i device, carta e penna sempre. Sopratutto le giovani generazioni digitalizzate con la memoria spesso non sono affidabili 2) il caposala, quando in servizio, meglio posi il suo cellulare e le conversazioni ridanciane e si appassioni alla gestione del personale, alla sala e ad aver cura dei clienti presenti 3) la burrata è un formaggio fresco di latte vaccino a pasta filante; inutile dire che il cheddar è un formaggio e che la burrata invece non formaggio… 4) per finire, le bevande devono arrivare subito dopo averle ordinate, 3-4 min massimo di attesa. Regola sempre valida.

22/01/2024: Tutto da rivedere, dal personale al cibo, all’educazione. Un’ora di attesa per delle polpette gelide e crude, mezza forchettata di cicoria ripassata e delle patate vecchie e fredde. Sul riso non commento nemmeno. E pensare che era il piatto del giorno. Uno schifo totale.

27/03/2024: What a bad experience, today at 3.40pm I turned to the staff to place an order because the screen wouldn't allow me to add chips, unfortunately the rude lady came out super angry, screaming with swear words in her mouth to place the order, It seems like terrible customer service to me, I didn't want to eat for free for being so rude when there weren't even people in line, he could have been nicer. At this point I decided not to take anything and never return.

19/03/2024: The plant based food taste horrible. The 🥓 was soft and didn't taste good, the burgers had a weird taste. The best part was the pickle and mayo. Bad decision on my part. I love the taste of the French Fries though. The restaurant was clean as well
