The burgers and fries were incredibly delicious, and the portions were really large.
The price was completely reasonable, and we received very friendly service.
Highly recommended 🤘

18/11/2025: I'm a loyal customer of the chain, but this was my first time at the ORIO CENTER.
I was a bit disappointed by the atmosphere, as it doesn't have the same charm as all the others I've been to.
The food is always good, although the portions were a bit small compared to others, and delivery times were a bit long, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded.
The staff was young and very friendly.
I wrote my review before I even checked out, and I won't change it, but alas, I discovered that the restaurant isn't part of the official chain, so it doesn't qualify for discounts or points.

02/10/2025: Half a McFlurry, with practically nothing inside. I tell the cashier, who says it's the right amount and weighs it, even rudely. I'll upload photos, you be the judge. I never leave negative reviews, but I don't like being treated like an idiot. There are plenty of McFlurrys, better to go to another. 2:55 PM, October 3, 2025.

A very friendly and pleasant person, managing the cash register and drive-thru at the same time, maintaining excellent control and friendliness, and giving orders very quickly with so many customers at the same time, exceptional ✓✓✓✓✓ trained staff
05/11/2025: Too much garbage, undoubtedly due to the extreme rudeness of the rude kids who deliberately throw food and paper on the floor inside the store. As a result, the staff struggles to keep up with them. But I wonder why they don't throw it out... Maybe for business reasons?

24/10/2025: There are no stories, Elys is an institution so just a few words for this review to justify the more than well-deserved five stars. Quality and speed are always top-notch. Very nice staff. It almost feels like going to eat at your mother's. I've always had a great experience from the first to the last time. Ely's has never disappointed me.
19/10/2025: I almost always went to eat there with my partner and, despite knowing that one of the women who works there is called Claudia Tassi, she had a very compromising conversation with my partner on Instagram.
