Friendly and helpful staff.
Fast service.
Fresh and quality products, shame about the gluten-free sandwich, it is not hamburger bread, everything crumbles and is not of excellent quality.
Slightly noisy environment.

23/05/2025: We had a really good time, the food was excellent, the staff very kind and competent.
18/05/2025: Even though the staff was reduced to a minimum - only three guys to manage the dining room, cash register and orders - they welcomed us with great kindness and availability. There was some difficulty in managing our orders, but given the situation they are easily forgiven: they really did what they could, and even more. Applause goes to them.
Some reflection (even if I don't know the reasons 😁), on the other hand, should be given to the management: ensuring an adequate number of staff is not only a question of efficiency, but also of respect for those who work and for those who choose to sit at the table.

05/03/2025: La scorsa settimana sono andata da Strike dopo tanto tempo e sono rimasta davvero delusa.
Ho ordinato un cheeseburger e una porzione di patatine,insipide, e dopo circa mezz’ora ho iniziato a sentirmi male, tanto da dover tornare a casa. Dopo un’ora anche il mio compagno ha accusato dolori di stomaco.
Considerando anche il costo di questi panini, consiglierei di utilizzare prodotti di qualità superiore o di verificare lo stato di efficienza di essi.
Sconsiglio il fast food a chi non vuole passare tutto il giorno sul gabinetto.

08/06/2025: I have been going to this McDonald's for over 3 years, with hundreds of drinks under my belt (at least 2000 euros spent over time). Tonight, for the first time, I only had a mineral water because I was simply waiting for 7:30 pm for another evening.
Incredibly, two managers started circling me in an intimidating manner, staring at me for ten minutes with an attitude that was nothing short of mafia-like, as if my mere presence was a problem. They made me understand with threatening tones that I had to leave, even though I was a paying customer and seated in a completely respectful manner.
Never, in any other place in my life, have I had a similar experience. Disappointed and bitter. I will never set foot in here again.
06/06/2025: I went to Mac during my lunch break from work, it was the last day of school and the place was particularly crowded with kids. Having to go back to work I turned to an employee, and explaining the situation I asked him about the waiting times. He understood my need, and did his best not to make me wait too long, he was really kind and professional I wanted to point it out his name is Davide

26/05/2025: On Sunday morning, during breakfast with my family, I was disturbed by an intrusive lady who wanted me to answer a survey, even with personal data. As soon as I pointed out to her that it wasn't the case, because we had the morsel and were also feeding the child, instead of apologizing, she told me in an arrogant tone that she was only working. But that's not manners. I call this rudeness.
