02/04/2024: I was here for my nephew's graduation and it was a wonderful experience trying the aperitif buffet. Refined, very inviting cocktails; they should all be tried! The pizza is fabulous and the richness of the other foods is such that they are all worth tasting, even for vegetarians and Venians. They please everyone! I give the service 4 stars because unfortunately the bathrooms are not the best, but they can improve! Advised

02/04/2024: The environment is chaotic and with very few tables. The food has nothing to complain about (classic McDonald's) the staff is rude, extremely rude and idiotic. They don't know how to take charge of any type of situation. They give the wrong change and insult the customers (they gave us poor people). So uncivilized that they kicked us out of the restaurant when some people still hadn't received their food. Furthermore, the food was delivered cold. Shame.

27/03/2024: Ordered at home, cold chips that taste like cardboard, forgotten coke and onions without sauce, all for the modest sum of €23. I wonder how it is possible that a similar chain can "work" in this way. Thank God I didn't want to take the car because I was making you have a bad time.

14/02/2024: I went twice, the first time I was the only customer and after 5 minutes of the 2 girls talking to each other without running away I left but they didn't bat an eyelid, the second time I was still the only customer there was a boy who was putting away boxes and tins , after 5 minutes I left, I can't review the food but I will review the service which was terrible and the environment which was confusing.

31/03/2024: Location scomoda, interni accalcati, e servizio pessimo del cameriere, se così si può chiamare, con i capelli corti e un po’ di barba. Professionalità zero, a partire dall’abbigliamento visto che non stava nemmeno con la divisa come gli altri, e grande maleducazione. Ha perso istantaneamente 3 clienti perché non è stato capace di relazionarsi in modo educato e intelligente per risolvere una piccola cosa (sulla prenotazione all’ultimo si era aggiunta una persona in più che certamente non avrebbe usufruito della promozione del 20%, mentre le altre 2 persone sì, come è sempre successo anche altrove; mentre lui ci ha negato questa possibilità, togliendo lo sconto a tutti, appellandosi successivamente alla discrezionalità del ristorante. Bel modo di farsi dei nuovi clienti venuti dall’altra parte di Roma!). È stato scontroso e ineducato fin dall’inizio - nemmeno ci ha accolti con con un “buonasera” - e ha concluso mandandoci praticamente a qual paese quando ce ne siamo voluto di conseguenza andare, qualificandosi ancora una volta per quel poco che è. In zona ci stanno sicuramente altre opzioni migliori. A mai più. Sconsigliato

13/02/2024: Sono stata alla sede eur torrino, locale piccolo ma molto carino. Antipasti buonissimi, polpette di pulled pork e bao con pollo croccante da paura. Panini veramente buoni e buona selezione di birre. I panini vengono serviti con patate al forno, le avrei preferite un po’ più croccanti ma erano comunque ben condite. Prezzi un po’ cari. 17/02/2024: Conosco il locale da tempo, e il cibo non sarebbe male se ogni volta non arrivassero in consegna panini smontati, patatine sparse per tutta la busta. Carne nei burger cruda non tollerabile. Ormai sono varie volte che arriva una salsa al posto di un'altra, panini sbagliati, tutto sottosopra...ma almeno la cura nei piatti sarebbe il minimo. Peccato perchè potrebbero fare anche bene, ma questo non è il modo di lavorare. Premetto che prima di ricevere carne cruda, ho provato ad annullare l'ordine perchè in realtà non era mia intenzione ordinare da loro proprio per questi motivi elencati. Come sempre l'attenzione nella preparazione è stata pari a zero...sabato a pranzo... Davvero incommentabile...un millimetro di carne...cruda. Il sito di consegne dopo aver ricevuto le foto ha già disposto il rimborso... Questo non è il modo di lavorare...MAI PIU'. Non regalategli i soldi, posti così dovrebbero chiudere, se non si riesce nemmeno a cuocere un burger
