01/01/2025: Three of us went to eat all you can eat chicken, after bringing us the first portion and consuming it, the staff started ignoring us, we remained sitting at the table trying to ask the waiters if we could have another portion of chicken wings and chicken tenders but it seemed as if they didn't want to come to our table and take the order. We had to chase a waiter because every time they passed by us it seemed as if they quickened their pace to avoid us. In the end we only had one more portion before leaving because they continued to ignore us
01/01/2025: delicious food, but VERY RUDE staff! we went, a group of 16 year old teenagers, and they completely ignored us when we had finished the first portion of food. The staff were not only rude and responded badly, but as they passed by our table they looked at us askance and left! To get us the second one we had to chase one of the waiters 45 minutes later. eventually we got tired and left

26/12/2024: It's a Mc, what did I expect?
I appreciate the service, the employees are friendly and ready to listen to everything and everyone, but too rushed.
The food is the usual but during my last experience I was disappointed, half empty sandwiches, even more empty than in the past.
Terrible environment, unlivable top floor and too many annoying and strange people walking around (in fact there is a security service constantly present).
I'm sorry to leave a bad review.

04/01/2025: We had dinner tonight, cold sandwiches, terrible hot dog, arrived after half an hour, we then ordered two coffees but after 20 minutes of waiting without arrival we decided to go and pay and we discovered that they hadn't even been put in the order so we avoided taking them ...surly and incompetent staff....

20/12/2024: Tutti i venerdì tornando a casa dal lavoro ad un'ora tarda mi capita spesso, purtroppo , di cenare al volo e fermarmi al McDrive, ma quello di Comacchio 2 volte su 3 è stato deludente come stasera panino e patatine TUTTO FREDDO!! Va bene che al McDonald's la cura del prodotto e del cliente non è proprio al primo posto ,però..
15/11/2024: Siamo stati al mc drive per un gelato questa sera 15/11. Alle 23:14 arriviamo per ritirare 2 gelati e una delle due ragazze adette al servizio, con finestra semichiusa, ci hanno insultati dicendo "gli sputo in faccia lascili aspettare".
Interdetta e incredula la mia fidanzata ha chiesto alla ragazza a chi fossero rivolte quelle frasi e le due ragazze, prese alla sprovvista in quanto non si aspettavano di essere state sentite, ci hanno deriso e ci hanno consegnato i gelati con disprezzo dicendoci di andare via e chiudendoci la finestra in faccia. Hanno anche sbagliato l'ordinazione. Incapaci e maleducate, sconsiglio il lavoro a contatto con il pubblico alle due ragazze. Una mora e l'altra castana con 2 trecce.
