29/12/2025: Everything was good, the place was nice and clean.

28/12/2025: I'll start by saying the quality of the food was excellent. The biggest disappointment was the size of the sandwich. VERY SMALL. Poorly presented. I ordered a grilled sandwich. I didn't know the sandwich was cut in half, so at least write that down. Anyway, it felt like I was eating mini burgers at an aperitivo, and that says it all.

13/12/2025: Hats off to the quality and deliciousness. But this is the second time I've ordered with Uber, bought the sauces as an add-on and they didn't come with them, but I still paid for them.

13/09/2025: I've been there several times and can confirm the excellent quality of the products, and the prices are fair. The menu is very varied, with both savory and sweet options. I especially like the gluten-free options (among many, the "super burger" is exceptional). The wait times are average. You can dine in or take out, or get home delivery via the app. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: We were at the Pomigliano d'Arco location last Sunday and tonight... what can I say? The toast was good in itself, but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the store, but they cook and sell food there (among other things, it also has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should require a cockroach removal and sanitization of the affected area or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion it loses points for the service.

20/12/2025: We were very disappointed. The service was decidedly confusing: both sandwiches we ordered were completely different from what we requested. The menu was also unclear: we didn't know fries were already included with the sandwiches, and the staff didn't alert us when we ordered an extra portion. The result? Everything arrived at the table at once, without any sort of order. A little more attention to orders and the customer wouldn't hurt. The sandwich was good. That's the only positive note.

29/10/2025: We went tonight to celebrate my son's birthday (13 children) and we ordered their €10 menu, which included a sandwich with drinks and chips. We adults chose from the menu, and the prices were reasonable. Then we also ordered a takeaway sandwich. The only photo I managed to take is this one... The place was nice and clean, and the lady was really kind and helpful with the kids... The sandwich was excellent, and I compliment the owner on everything. The kids had a great time, they had fun with the karaoke, and they also ate very well... I recommend the broccoli rabe, which was incredibly delicious... I rarely find them made this well... Congratulations

30/12/2025: Extremely negative experience. We arrived around 10:55 PM, before the official closing time (11:00 PM), rightfully believing we could order like any other customer. From the start, we were greeted hastily and rudely: we were told to hurry up and go directly to the cashier, "more than once," with an unprofessional and clearly annoyed attitude, as if our presence were a problem rather than part of the service. After placing our order, we moved to the pickup point, where the situation further deteriorated. A cleaner, while tidying up the room, addressed us in a completely inappropriate manner, explicitly telling us that we had to leave and go home because they "had to close," even going so far as to make ironic and sarcastic comments about how we could have eaten something else at home, specifically saying (JATV A MAGNA O PANETTON COL LLAT AL CAS APPOST È VNI CCA). This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially toward customers who entered before closing time. I find it serious that: the stated opening hours are not respected; the staff is harassing customers instead of properly handling last-minute orders; inappropriate and disrespectful remarks are made toward those who simply exercised their right to order within the allotted time. I understand tiredness at the end of the shift, but this does not justify rude behavior, pressure to leave, or inappropriate comments. A company like McDonald's should guarantee minimum standards of hospitality and professionalism, especially during the final minutes of service, which are still part of working hours. A truly disappointing experience. I hope management seriously considers staff training and managing evening closing times, because this completely destroys customer trust.

31/12/2025: The food was good, as per the usual Mec standards. The atmosphere was chaotic and confusing. We went on December 31st at lunchtime. Service needs to be reevaluated. Drink spilled on the table.

27/07/2025: The pub is on the road, and unfortunately, parking is difficult. One of the two dining rooms has broken air conditioning, which isn't exactly the best these days. The staff is inattentive, the service is incredibly slow, and you have to wait a really long time to eat. Even though the food is of good quality, the sandwich arrives freezing cold because the side dishes are from the refrigerator and don't heat them up. The baked potatoes are freezing cold, the eggplant is freezing cold, the burrata is frozen, and the bread is soggy and not very well-grilled. It's a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the food was good. The meatballs were delicious, even though the menu said 6 meatballs, but the plate only served 5. The fries? Well, those everywhere are good! They need a lot of improvement.

09/10/2025: I ordered two sandwiches from Just Eat, one regular and one gluten-free (there was a gluten-free Schär bun option). Once the sandwiches arrived, I noticed that the gluten-free one was clearly not a Schär bun (which I know well because it's the one used at McDonald's) and was identical in appearance and texture to the other regular sandwich. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. The result: a ruined dinner and a waste of money.

09/10/2025: I believe that ordering a gluten-free sandwich (which should be schär, according to the menus on delivery apps) and receiving one that contains it is quite dangerous for the consumer. Furthermore, we tried calling several times to get an explanation, but obviously received no answer. Terrible.

14/12/2025: Sound-absorbing panels should be installed. The height of the room is insufficient to disperse the sound. It becomes difficult to talk to other people at the table due to the noise.

04/12/2025: What can I say? Every time we go there, the service is always top-notch, the staff are very professional and always smiling, the food is always good and of good quality, I highly recommend it. They also have a playground service that works very well, the girls are always friendly and kind, worth trying.

11/12/2025: McDonald's is excellent and well managed. We returned from our daughter's birthday party and were particularly satisfied with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially an employee called Veronica who organises birthday parties.

10/12/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm not a fan of MCs. I take my granddaughter there, but I have to say that this MC has often tempted me, and I end up eating delicious things too. Very organized. Thanks. I recommend it.
