12/01/2025: Top place: tasty and original sandwiches, fresh and quality ingredients, creative combinations that satisfy every palate. The French fries with meatballs are a must try... delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though the place was full, they were always present and extremely courteous. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, above all clean, ideal for an evening with family, children or friends. Excellent value for money.

07/12/2024: This week I came twice and we both asked for 2 hamburger sandwiches with different cooking methods and they both arrived with the same cooking methods but one with less ingredients (once the provola and another time the frigitelli). So bad service and bad organization in the kitchen I tried to give you a second chance but now it's the last time I set foot in this place, three of us come but we eat on time at two different times

16/07/2024: One of the OGs of the area. This cosy little burger shop will surprise you. There's only a couple chairs outside to eat your burger or wait for your takeaway so no, you're not going in a pub. 😆 Good prices nice quality and more importantly it's open until late (after midnight). Loved it for more than 20 years, hope you enjoy.

02/03/2025: Disappointment!!!!!!!. Customers for years and always satisfied, but yesterday we had a terrible disappointment: they downsized the sandwiches, and clearly how much they contained. So, in addition to the increases imposed some time ago, they have now also reduced the portions. Meh! what can I say........they probably lost them......we won't go back again.

09/02/2025: We came after dinner to eat (pancakes, hot chocolate, etc) and always enjoyed it (in fact we've been back many times). But now we wanted to try eating these famous American dishes for dinner. We first ordered an appetizer (corndog and fried bacon donut) and then some hamburger sandwiches. Overall I expected much more, the quality isn't very poor but it's not the best either. The sandwiches are huge, in fact we couldn't even finish them. The service was a little slow but overall satisfactory, friendly staff. I wouldn't go back for dinner (salty), but rather just go for post-dinner.

12/09/2024: I recently visited an American pub in Napoli, hoping for a taste of classic American comfort food. While the menu offered familiar pub favorites, my experience was overshadowed by the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. From the moment we walked in, the service was inattentive, and any requests we made seemed to annoy the waitstaff. The food itself was decent enough—typical American pub fare like burgers, fries, and wings. However, the flavors couldn't make up for the unpleasant atmosphere created by the staff's attitude. It’s a shame because this place has potential, but the staff's rudeness turned what could have been a fun dining experience into a disappointing one. If you're in Napoli craving American pub food, I'd suggest trying elsewhere unless the service improves. Im specifically talking about waiter with beard.

02/04/2025: Classic Old Wild West restaurant located in an area with easy parking but paid. Slow service and food not prepared with the usual care. Environment not exactly at the level of the chain.

26/03/2025: Terrible experience! we returned, after a few years and we were stunned, by the decadence and squalor, staff who dedicated themselves to cleaning the place during service, it is the last time we will come to this place, where at the end of the meal we consumed a liqueur (limoncello) with a deplorable chemical taste and for a fee, for the treatment and the quality of the service the price is very high and unjustified, the employees are sorry who are totally blameless, the place is totally empty, although we don't believe it we hope for a recovery!

15/08/2024: Avoid, we asked specifically for the price of spritz and they said 9, but then when the bill came it was 12. They later claimed only that one was more expensive, which made no sense since we ordered it after asking for the price. In general overpriced for what it is.

09/02/2025: I ordered 3 sandwiches, delivered on time and in excellent condition. Two of the sandwiches were perfect. but unfortunately the King ruined the experience a bit. The two burgers inside were completely undercooked, not just rare, but really undercooked. I appreciate rare meat, but in this case it wasn't pleasant at all. A shame, because the rest of the order was flawless. I hope we can pay more attention to cooking in the future.

26/03/2025: Decent food like all MC Donald's, what deserves 0 stars is the cleanliness, the cleaner cleaned everything throughout the evening always with the same cloth, tables, chairs, trays, edges of the bins... a vomiting sight...

22/03/2025: The food I was given was terrible by McDonald's standards - the fries were not crispy, the Coke was without ice and the sandwich was bland. I believe this is mainly due to the fact that the place is constantly saturated with people and is not able to handle this amount of people, and this applies both at the tables and at the drive-in (as well as obviously in the kitchen). This makes the whole experience unpleasant as it also slows down the entire service, as well as creating a traffic jam for the drive-in (which could use better organisation). Another unpleasant note that ruins the experience, but this is obviously not the fault of the place itself, is the presence of some of the customers who frequent the place: noisy and rude.
