18/04/2026: I just ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches and 1 pulled pork fries through Glovo. Aside from the excessive cost of the fries, €9.50, I was shocked by the color of the fries (see photo), which were stale, and furthermore, the pulled pork was mixed with the kebab. I immediately reported the matter to Glovo, because they need to pay more attention to the food and the quality of the ingredients used.

18/05/2026: Was told chicken nuggets were really chicken but it was not the case. Was also told our order would take 10 minutes and took well over 20 minutes. Food was okay, but wouldn't go back

23/06/2026: We went in as 2 people and my partner went to the bar to order, she came back shocked at how rude the lady was at the bar cafe desk (where you order The lady at the bar was very rude, she was white and had black hair so any customers look out for her. She was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, we did not even finish our drinks. If the manager is reading this we urge you to teach your staff human decency.
15/04/2026: I was very disappointed with this place. The staff's behavior was unacceptable—arrogant, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. We waited much longer than other customers, and when we asked for an explanation, we were treated coldly and irritably. We are truly disgusted by the way we were treated. It's sad to see a restaurant with this attitude in 2026. Absolutely avoid.

27/06/2026: Terrible experience. They sat us down and let us order without telling us they'd close in a quarter of an hour. Other things, but I won't go into detail. The menu doesn't list alcoholic drinks, so they ask you to order verbally without knowing the prices.
20/05/2026: I went to this shop with my friend the other night. We each had a drink, and after 30 minutes, they asked us to leave, while our glass of wine was still half empty. Their reasoning was that they wanted the table free because it was Saturday night, but there were still empty plates nearby. This seems absolutely outrageous and unprofessional to me. The waiter asked us to leave three times or order another drink while we still had one full.
What a disgrace!!!

La graffa è arrivata, dal momento della chiamata, in 10 minuti e soprattutto super calde.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale ieri (Sabato 19 Luglio 2025) e che dire? Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Locale bello, personale attento,educato e professionale, il cibo era talmente buono 🤤🤤🤤 che ho dimenticato di fare qualche foto. Sinceramente, non capisco le recensioni negative.Non vedo l'ora di ritornare e lo Consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE!

04/02/2025: Old Wild West è un locale accogliente dove poter gustare ottimi panini e molto altro. Il personale, giovane e disponibile, contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e informale. È un posto adatto sia alle famiglie che a gruppi di amici. Nei weekend, soprattutto a pranzo, è sempre molto frequentato, quindi consiglio di arrivare presto per evitare lunghe attese. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un’esperienza gustosa in un ambiente rilassato!

17/11/2024: Un'attesa infinita...tavolo prenotato alle 21....alle 23 ci siamo scocciati e siamo andati via... Abbiamo pagato quello che aveva preso 5 birre e 2 amburger 80 euro....senza parole....da evitare!
23/09/2024: Esperienza davvero pessima, una domenica sera dove già non c’era nessuno, ho voluto comunque provare perché anni fa se ne parlava bene di questo ristorante. Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo preso un hamburger al piatto davvero pessimo, la carne era viscida, si salvavano solo le patatine. Il panino tralasciando che non si poteva modificare, solo togliere gli ingredienti e non aggiungere, era orrendo. Ali di pollo 1,20€ ciascuna piccolissime che sembravano di pulcini non di polli. Infine il prezzo abbastanza alto essendo un pub e soprattutto considerata la qualità . Esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere.
