17/07/2025: Frequento molto questo brand, ovunque vado lo cerco e ci vado, su questo però sono rimasto un po’ deluso, attesa lunga con meno di 10 clienti in sala, sia nell’ordine e altrettanto per avere il cibo ordinato. Le patatine sono arrivate fredde, espongo il problema al cameriere e si rende subito disponibile nel farmele rifare ma aimè altra delusione dopo 1 minuti mi tornano le stesse patatine scaldate al microonde che calda e chi fredda e tutte mollicce.
Sarà stata una giornata negativa per lo staff non lo so.
17/07/2025: Purtroppo non abbiamo nemmeno mangiato perché solo per farci sedere al tavolo abbiamo aspettato almeno 20 minuti… e ovviamente al cibo non ci siamo nemmeno arrivati.. solo un ragazzo si occupa di far accomodare i clienti e sempre lui si occupa delle comande… andati via per disperazione

20/08/2025: With a background in the industry, I remain critical of this particular restaurant, even though I'm one of those who frequent it regularly. I have no qualms about fast food in general; they may not be to everyone's taste, but you're free to choose whether or not to go. What I do question is the way it's managed; for a popular place, I'd appreciate a more friendly attitude. Therefore, finding someone as kind, helpful, and always smiling as Natalina represents a great added value for this restaurant. She's exactly the person around whom the entire management should be reassessed.

16/09/2025: It was 10:40 PM, we'd just returned from a long journey and asked if we could grab something to eat. We were kicked out with the excuse that they were cleaning up; at the same time, a couple arrived and were served; they even set the table in front of us... I've heard good things about it, but I won't be returning...
09/09/2025: Terrible, I had to leave, I told the waitress that I was allergic to tomatoes, she replied that they are not equipped to deal with these problems.

24/08/2025: We were here tonight. Efficient service, but the waitresses seem perpetually annoyed. Delicious food, equally good coffee, but the water was truly awful. It had taken on a horrible taste, perhaps due to the Tetra Pak.
17/08/2025: My husband and I went here this morning to try and get breakfast, along with our two-month-old baby. We sat at the table and no one came to take our order. We went to the counter to ask for two muffins, and were told to go sit at the table and they would come. Well, that didn't happen. After sitting for 20 minutes, we got up and left without being able to eat. We went to the bar across the street, where they served us in 5 minutes. It's not possible to have just one person serving, clearing the table, and charging the bill. On a Sunday morning, a summer Sunday in August, the week of August 15th, it's packed. I understand the high productivity, but this way you lose customers. We've always come, but we won't be coming again. Terrible management!
I should point out that what happened to us happened to all the other customers there; there was a couple with a baby next to us who had been waiting even earlier.

13/07/2025: La cameriera ha sempre ragione !Da cliente mi sono permessa di chiedere dopo più di mezz’ora d ‘attesa di poter ordinare, risultato cameriera infastidita rabbiosa e dispettosa.
12/07/2025: Porzioni misere, ma sopratutto la cameriera più antipatica del mondo. Lei una ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi tra i 20 e 25 anni. Scontrosa, burbera, maleducata. Ragazza, se nn ti piace cambia lavoro.

04/01/2025: Personale inadatto. Dopo aver chiamato la cameriera, mi ha detto che sarebbe arrivata in un minuto. Passati 10 minuti, non si è vista. Mi sono alzato e sono andato via. Non era la prima volta.
21/08/2024: Un locale davvero ed un menù davvero pessimo per non parlare della pulizia ! Mai vista una cosa del genere....le cameriere hanno pulito tutti i tavoli con lo stesso straccio tremendamente sporco e mal dolorante! Personalmente ho provveduto a pulire con delle salviettine profumate il mio tavolo. Semplicemente scandaloso!

27/06/2025: Posto in decadenza, locale vuoto e tempi di attesa lunghi senza alcun motivo. Temperatura all'interno più alta di quella all'esterno. Posti a sedere all'aperto off limits, come pure la terrazza. Locali igienici sporchi.
