A truly fantastic experience! The quality of the meat is simply excellent: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can immediately taste the meticulous care it takes. Each dish is rich in flavor and meticulously crafted.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always attentive to the needs of their customers and making everyone feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly.
A special thanks to the owner, Pino, a truly friendly person who is passionate about his work. His kindness and attentiveness to his customers make the experience even more enjoyable.
Definitely a place to return to and one I highly recommend to anyone who loves good meat and heartfelt service!

25/01/2026: My friends and I stopped in for breakfast and had a great time. They offer a variety of desserts that I don't usually find in other cafes. The staff is kind and friendly, and we'll definitely be back.

04/05/2026: 10:30 am ... maximum 5 people in the restaurant. One girl serving people at the breakfast counter and three others hidden behind talking. I waited 15 minutes at the cash register to pay. I looked out three times to signal that there was a customer at the register but zero reaction. They pretended nothing because one was the manager and the other managers I think ... rude by the way.
29/04/2026: Terrible experience.
I ordered ice cream and it arrived after a full two hours, completely melted. This is absolutely unthinkable, especially considering the store is just a few hundred meters from my shop.
To make matters worse, I had chosen to pay on delivery with a note requiring change, but the courier was completely unorganized. I even had to go to the tobacconist to change the money.
Truly disappointing service from every perspective. I don't think I'll repeat the experience.

16/05/2026: Megalò shopping center. Very nice place, with a true American restaurant atmosphere and tasty food. Generous portions and fairly fast service. A few details, however, are a shame: Nutella-stained cutlery and slightly greasy glasses aren't the best. We asked for plastic cups and then new cutlery, but not a word from anyone. The bill was duly paid. With a little more attention to cleanliness, it would have been a much better experience, just like the previous times. We'll be back anyway.
07/05/2026: Terrible service; we barely had time to get to the counter before they asked us to get a receipt (ok, we had to do it, but we later noticed that the same wasn't done with others, who consumed first and then went to the register at their leisure to pay).
We paid and ordered a slice of cake, some coffees, and some water, specifying that one of the waters had to be sparkling.
Result: they only brought us the cake, without asking us if the coffees needed to be made immediately or if we had to wait.
So I asked them to bring them, and they were hastily served to us, along with two still waters.
What can I say? They'll definitely never see us again.

Consiglio anche per un semplice caffè.
29/04/2024: Second visit here, the food is surprisingly good. Really nice burgers and sides with great friendly service.
