I start calling, sending messages on the site, sending messages on WhatsApp NOBODY, NO ONE ANSWERED, then the WhatsApp number answers (because instead of sending a message I called), she tells me that I have to call via Vittorio Emanuele, and that she can't do anything, 15 minutes of calling via Vittorio Emanuele and no answer, I call the previous number and she tells me that she's trying, taken for a ride because after I hung up I waited five minutes and started calling again previous number and NO ANSWER but it rang so whoever was calling is unknown. And there isn't even the excuse of having multiple lines with the same number because I called from multiple phones, leaving mine available for a possible callback which never and I mean never happened. I continue for an hour, I was getting dressed to go straight to the place to figure out who was scratching their thumbs instead of answering the fucking phone, it's about 1.20pm, a private number calls me asking if I still wanted the order and if they could cancel it because they made a mistake and hadn't received it. 16/03/2025: Hamburger sempre molto buono, ingredienti freschi e anche il pane ottimo. Ambiente perfetto per pranzo o cena informale tra amici o in famiglia. Consigliatissimo.

14/03/2025: Ci fermiamo qui per un panino al volo. Il personale è molto simpatico e accogliente. Con 17 euro abbiamo preso un panino, patatine e una birra media. Tutto molto buono, ci tornerò
