10/12/2024: Spesso vengo qui da Paola a fare colazione. Un posto piccolino ed accogliente. Buone brioches, caffetteria e pasticcini. Perfetto anche per idee regalo.

17/12/2024: The waiting times in the morning are inconceivable as the people who pass by here very often do so exclusively for a quick coffee and you end up waiting up to 10 minutes even though sometimes there are only a few people in the place!!! Also considering that a coffee and a cappuccino cost the same as the pastry shops in the center!!! I think it would take more staff and more organization.

21/05/2024: I went to SE.FA.MO. this morning at 8:00 to take a blood sample. On the way home, I stopped at a pastry shop to get a ginseng coffee and a croissant. The waiter served me kindly as I sat down to enjoy my breakfast. Before paying, I decided to get some more pastries to take home for my family. I chose 10 different pastries with various fillings such as chocolate and creams. They placed them in a tray covered with pastry paper. When I went to pay, I realized I needed a paper bag to carry everything, as I already had a bag and papers from the clinic. I asked the woman who had served me if she could give me a paper bag. He said it cost 50 cents, which I paid with Apple Pay, like before. I asked her when they started charging for paper bags and she said they always do. I told her I often buy pastries here and have never been charged for a paper bag before. He insisted that they always charge for the bags. Then, with an annoyed tone, he said: "UNDER ITALIAN LAW, WE HAVE TO ASK HOW YOU PAY AT THE SUPERMARKET." The problem wasn't the 50 cents, it was how he treated me. From the moment I ordered the coffee, the woman behind the register seemed angry with me for no reason. I know many people have pleasant experiences at this place, but mine was not. Why is there so much anger at a place that sells sweet pastries? When did all this start?

29/03/2024: This morning I came to have breakfast at 10 with my sister, the food was good but not excellent, the table they sat us at was still dirty, the waitress who took the order got it wrong and all in all the attitude general was not the best on the part of the staff, they were all very serious not to mention grumpy and at times rude.

14/11/2024: Nice place, good choice of desserts. I recommend waiting a little before eating the pasta because they are cold and lose their flavor and pleasantness.

08/08/2024: The pastries and brioches are delicious, excellent assortment, friendly staff and the possibility of sitting outside.

20/10/2024: The restaurant is located in an excellent position in the center of Vicenza. The coffee is good, the environment is bright and clean and the people serving are kind.

09/12/2023: Per chi ama i cicheti di pesce assolutamente da consigliare, ambiente piccolo, ma l'eventuale attesa sarà ben ricompensata.. oltre ai cicheti ottimo il fritto, buona scelta di vini, interessante lo spritz con cynar...ottime "i bussola"....
