Pasticceria Albertoni In Vicenza

06/04/2024: I had never been before and it was a great discovery. Excellent pizza (but fries a little too salty) and amazing desserts. Friendly and very helpful staff. We arrived almost 15 minutes late without being able to warn them and they didn't bat an eyelid. Punctual but not pressing service, on the contrary: almost too discreet. We stayed from 7.45pm until well after 11pm without being asked to clear the table. But staying for 15 minutes with the plate to be cleared without anyone stopping and having to call attention to myself is not the best: the place, however large it is, , it wasn't full and enough staff to keep an eye on everything; I expected more attention in clearing away empty plates. The order was taken without excessive waiting but the coffee was too short in a cup that was too large. Large room, well-spaced tables so you can talk in complete privacy even in the middle of the room and background music at a suitable volume to create atmosphere without drowning out people's voices. We'll be back, this time with a little more caution... And try the other desserts!
