06/08/2024: We were on vacation for a wedding we had in Treviso, I am a Hospitality and Sommelier. I have to say that even though we went with a two-year-old girl, they never looked at us badly. Exquisite treatment only at the level of the dishes we ate. When I asked the locals, no one spoke ill to me and at most some told me that you pay there…. Well, we paid tribute and with a great wine it didn't seem expensive at all, Italian food with a twist and above all fine, very fine flavors. SPECTACULAR!! We had lunch and dinner out every day and for me and the other two diners, it was the best by far. IF YOU ARE IN TREVISO AND YOU ENJOY, this is your place.

Il menù degustazione da noi scelto “Radici”ci ha soddisfatto sia per sapori che per dimensioni delle portate. Conto finale in linea con le aspettative.

Rooms: The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with large bathrooms equipped with spacious showers. The only flaw could be the size of the TV compared to the distance from the bed, but this does not affect the overall comfort. Atmosphere: The hotel exudes a formal and luxurious atmosphere without ever making us feel uncomfortable. The panoramic view from the pool, breakfast area and restaurant is exceptional, adding a special touch to the overall experience. Value for money: The quality-price ratio is adequate for the quality of the services offered. Even with an extra lunch and drinks, the cost was reasonable considering the gift voucher for a weekend with SPA, dinner and breakfast included. SPA: The SPA, although small, offers everything you need for an hour of total relaxation, including a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower and spaces for resting with relaxing herbal teas. 04/08/2024: Nothing to say regarding the hotel, very friendly service, clean rooms, good breakfast, magnificent view. We stayed two nights to treat ourselves to a relaxing weekend, and we had a great time. The flaw was the restaurant. We had dinner there on a Saturday evening, magnificent view and nice atmosphere... but honestly the food and service leave a little to be desired. Service was too fast... we had high expectations regarding the food given that a relative of mine celebrated his wedding there two years ago and we found everything very good. Perhaps the manager is focusing precisely on that: ceremonies and hotels, leaving the restaurant to be desired. It's a shame, because as dishes they also seem quite refined and particular, but I repeat, the taste leaves something to be desired. Nothing special. Sin.

05/08/2024: I put it in the "Welcome Surprises" container. Passed by in a bit of a hurry and by chance, now resigned, not knowing the area. We enter and find ourselves in a beautiful, elegant and at the same time informal place. Two very well executed and colorful dishes confirm the first impression. Too bad we don't live nearby, otherwise we would always be here.

18/07/2024: Siamo ritornati oggi alla locanda Baggio dopo una passata esperienza positiva. Purtroppo, questa volta siamo rimasti delusi. I piatti non erano all’altezza del nome del ristorante e del livello che viene rappresentato. Premetto che in sala eravamo in solo otto commensali, il servizio, per quanto accurato, si è rivelato piuttosto lento. I due primi avevano un sapore marcatamente acido in particolare quello dei tortellini, assai colorati, che facevano concorrenza al più pittoresco quadro di Pollock, il massimo esponente dell’empressionismo astratto. ma acido, anche se un po’ meno, era anche il risotto. Nella media invece il filetto (difficile non riuscire a farlo buono), accettabili i dessert, il mio “tradizionale”, purtroppo, era un tripudio di panna. I cafè li abbiamo saltati perché, pur essendo giunti puntuali alle 13.00 come da prenotazione, avevamo ormai superate le 15.00 ed eravamo gli unici commensali rimasti in sala. Giudizio complessivo…questa volta non più di tre stelle. MI aspettavo del cibo migliore da un ristorante che si vanta di essere un Michelin. Mi dispiace, avrei voluto essere più generoso, ma se lo raffronto ai diversi ristoranti stellati da me frequentati da Ambasciatore, forse dovrei essere ancora più parco. Oltre all’accoglienza, al servizio ed alle diverse descrizioni infinite, talvolta incomprensibili, delle portate e del vino, fondamentale rimane il cibo, sia che si tratti di un ristorante stellato che di una trattoria. Una nota finale sul prezzo. Sarebbe stato appropriato …se il cibo fosse stato del livello sperato. Per come abbiamo mangiato, mi e’ parso piuttosto elevato.

27/08/2024: So happy we stumbled upon this place while driving through Vittorio! Food is simple but so good, exactly what I want from Italian food. Had the best mellanzana parmigiana of my life. Pastas all taste homemade with a nice chewy texture and the millefolgie desset was light, crispy and delicious. Service was great and the restaurant itself has well thought out and tasteful decor. Would 100% recommend dining here!

15/07/2024: Trattoria Dalla Libera, a name a guarantee! Andrea Stella is a chef with a real edge, his dishes are works of art not only for the palate. The care he places in the composition of his dishes is nothing other than the result of the passion with which he carries out his work, all coordinated with an attentive and friendly staff. Every dish is an experience, I celebrated my 50th birthday, I received positive feeds from all my guests, highly recommended!

12/07/2024: Dinner in company: the tasting of Venetian cuisine was very good, with the right pinch of creativity and aromas of herbs from the garden. Choice of wines and amazing pairings! Very efficient and courteous service. The only note of improvement was the air conditioning which was not effective on a very hot evening.

25/07/2024: Not being a local, we chose this place based on the good comments we read and in fact it was a truly delicious experience: cheeseburger with delicious meat, simple but very tasty hot dog, wonderful focaccia to make up as you like thanks to the bread purchased in an award-winning bakery , excellent choice of beers and very kind staff in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back when we pass through these parts again

08/08/2024: Molte persone me lo avevano consigliato e finalmente ieri sera ho prenotato in questo locale suggestivo vicino alle Grotte del Caglieron... personale di sala sempre sorridente e professionale, piatti di pesce molto curati e con accostamenti culinari insoliti e deliziosamente raffinati, ambiente accogliente, prezzo nella media... lo consiglio? Sì.
