18/12/2024: It's been years since I wrote a review and I've frequented quite a few places, but Locanda Baggio... this place has remained in my heart. The culinary offering is of a high standard and the professionalism of the very kind family who manages it transforms the meal into an unforgettable experience. If I could have lunch or dinner here every day, I would do it without getting tired! It's superfluous to add it at this point, but to make sure the message gets across clearly, I'm telling you: BOOK!

27/12/2024: Elegant and refined restaurant, widely spaced tables, furnishings with a reference to tradition; cuisine with very good dishes, traditional local meat and fish with a modern touch. Nice and pleasant environment. Excellent quality wines.

21/12/2024: Pleasant restaurant in the center of Treviso, with a focus on fish and an excellent wine and cocktail cellar. Specific menus and the "a la carte" choice are available, to which specific options for children can be added. Refined environment, furnished with taste and pleasant Venetian references. Very friendly, courteous staff who speak foreign languages. A very valid choice for those who love fish and shellfish, interpreted here with taste and creativity.

16/01/2025: Restaurant with few seats and a very welcoming atmosphere and above all with excellent service starting from Cinzia the eclectic owner to Olga who manages the room. Honestly, I don't feel like recommending anything in particular because everything is truly delicious! The wine list is also noteworthy. If you want to spend a pleasant evening and eat and drink well, this is the right place.

18/12/2024: I stopped by on Saturday for some shopping. It's always a wonderful experience. It is obvious to reiterate the quality of the products available and the kindness and preparation of the staff. A point of reference for lovers of cheeses and quality products! P.S. they gave me a ricotta as a gift even though I hadn't done the review yet! Another fact that adds points!!

Il titolare Tommy è un mito, davvero simpaticissimo 😁 e porta avanti un team di ragazzi tutti super! 💪🏽 Miglior hamburger mai mangiato in Italia, il “New Amsterdam”, 🍔 un fuori menù strepitoso! (…conosco i miei burger, essendo Americana, e non mangio MAI ai fast food, solo i VERI hamburger come fanno qui!) Ingredienti nei panini top, ben equilibrati e abbondanti, con abbinamenti di salse gustose 😋! Buona scelta di birre alla spina. In menu anche tante fritturine da spizzicare (anche queste preparate alla perfezione, croccanti e servite calde)… Tanti panini, burger e dessert deliziosi e creativi. Cosa dire? Ci si sente molto coccolati in questo curato localino, servito con sorrisi e bravura in sala e al banco… e viziati dalla bravura dei giovani e entusiastici cuochi in cucina!!! Grandi 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 avanti così Odessa!!! Noi ci torniamo volentieri 😋

30/11/2024: Durante la nostra visita a Cherasco abbiamo trovato numerosi ristoranti chiusi. Ammetto di essere entrata un po’ scettica, le foto su trip advisor non rendono davvero giustizia a questa fantastica location e ai piatti del ristorante!!! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’esperienza, che ha saputo unire gusto, accoglienza e un’atmosfera unica. La location è incantevole, c’è un dehor da cui penetrava una luce stupenda, grazie alle ampie vetrate. Curata nei dettagli e perfetta per un pranzo o una serata speciale. Gli ambienti, eleganti ma accoglienti, offrono una cornice ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un pasto memorabile. Appena seduti la cameriera gentilissima ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo da bere e ci ha subito portato un delizioso pane fatto in casa, menzione d’onore al pane con pomodorini secchi caldo. Una libidine. Avrei stretto la mano alla cuoca. La cameriera e il proprietario sempre presenti e con garbo, ti fanno sentire a casa e coccolati. Veramente la cameriera, secondo me, ha con attenzione colto i momenti in cui ritirare il piatto e chiedere come andava con estrema gentilezza. A seguito un vitello tonnato preparato alla perfezione. Tra i primi, i ravioli del plin e i tajarin con salsiccia di Bra sono stati un vero trionfo di sapori, dimostrando grande attenzione alla tradizione e alla tecnica. Ovviamente il sugo chiedeva una bella scarpetta. Ammetto di essere abbastanza rompina perché lavoro come fotografa nel settore food e di piatti ne assaggio diversi, ma veramente niente da dire su nulla. A chiudere, una meravigliosa torta di nocciole accompagnata da zabaione, un dolce che racchiudeva in sé l’essenza del territorio e la maestria della chef. Uno degli aspetti più piacevoli del pranzo è stato il dialogo con il proprietario, che ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, raccontandoci con passione la filosofia del ristorante e la scelta degli ingredienti. È raro trovare un’ospitalità così calorosa e autentica. Grazie Stefano, di cuore, è stato bello parlare con te Consigliamo vivamente questo ristorante a chi cerca un’esperienza di livello, in un ambiente che celebra il territorio e la tradizione con un tocco di raffinatezza. Torneremo sicuramente!

14/01/2025: Coffee break on a cold Sunday, historic central location, parade in front of the delicacies counter where we chose two delicious mignons with two delicious creamy soy cappuccinos. The cocoa and red fruit boat is truly a fairy tale. Prices above average in keeping with the historicity of the place and the quality of the service and raw materials. Clean facilities, warm place.

05/01/2025: A traditional place, with pasta "like it used to be". Good pasta, very limited spaces. I was very surprised by the fact that we were sitting inside in front of the counter and, as soon as we received the order, they made us pay immediately. What if we had to get something later? I understand the meaning, but this only happens to me at the kiosks on the seafront in Jesolo. Not inside a pastry shop: the message is little trust towards the customer
