22/07/2025: The bar is nice and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the Spritz is a little weak, but it's still good in this heat. They use Selex specifically for Aperol. I won't go into details. The tramezzino is good, but it costs €2.50.

Giusti anche nel rapporto qualità prezzo Servizio veloce e il posto è proprio in centro L'unica cosa è il personale.. non assolutamente scortese ma comunicano e si lamentano tra loro ad alta voce sovrastando tutta l'atmosfera. Non è professionale.... E il ragazzo a cui ho posto due domande, ha risposto educato ma con un'attimo d'esitazione con faccia tipo "che rompi co**" Nulla di grave è, però potrebbero avere 5/5 stelle

27/03/2025: Excellent place specializing in chocolate; you can find chocolate in all forms from Sucker cakes to hot chocolate in a cup to all chocolate-based pastries; in the window there are even cocoa beans displayed inside a honeycomb; the owner and his lady are very kind and affable people, always dedicated to their work. The prices are good and the place is very nice

22/05/2025: Comida deliciosa y servicio cálido y acogedor. Tuvimos una cena encantadora con marisco fresco y pasta bien preparada. El ambiente es relajado y genuino, un gran lugar si busca una comida de calidad en el Lido.

11/05/2025: Ottima cena a base di pesce, proprietario accogliente, qualità degli alimenti e passione per il mestiere. A partire dagli antipasti: ottimo crudo a modo suo (con vari condimenti dal mango al pistacchio) o un ricco bollito, capesante, o asparagi e castraure fritte. A seguire paccheri o pasticcio di pesce, oppure un particolare pasticcio di baccalà. E per concludere difficile scegliere uno tra i dolci a menù: cheesecake ai frutti rossi o al pistacchio, cupola al limone, un sorbetto.. Grazie Enzo! 👏🏼

31/08/2025: The staff is not all appropriate for the activity. The payment service is inefficient considering the flow of foreigners. They do not accept the AMEX circuit card. The food was excellent although when focaccia is recommended as a substitute for bread, in my opinion it should not be included in the price.

10/07/2025: I celebrated my birthday. Everyone was extremely satisfied.

06/07/2025: The location is the only plus point of this restaurant, otherwise an experience to absolutely forget. We went for dinner on Saturday night at 9 pm and, to our great surprise, we were told that two fish dishes we wanted to order were not available. We were therefore forced to settle for the grilled food, the only alternative offered. The raw fish appetizers were the first alarm bell: the tuna did not taste like tuna, the spider crab tasteless. Then, instead of the first courses, the grilled food was brought directly to us. After an excessive wait, we asked for the first courses: they had not yet arrived and, at that point, we asked to cancel them. The response? "You ordered them, so you pay for them anyway." One of the three first courses arrived shortly after, evidently reheated: hot dish, dry and tasteless pasta. When we observed this, the waiter responded rudely, sarcastically inviting us to go to the kitchen to check if there was a microwave. Unacceptable. The last two plates of spaghetti with lupini beans arrived even later. Freshly made, decent, but nothing that could improve the experience. After we expressed our disappointment, the staff began to openly show us annoyance. We were treated with condescension and rudeness. In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is the classic tourist place where the quality of the food is poor and the service leaves much to be desired. A wasted opportunity in a beautiful location.

16/03/2025: Trovato, su consiglio di amici abitudinari al Vinitaly di Verona, e che dire... soddisfattissimi. Qualità del cibo eccelsa.... Abbiamo bevuto un Valpolicella strepitoso. Antipasto di qualità, e dei Bigoli all'anatra e tartufo da urlo. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità. Servizio eccellente. Al prox giro in quel di Verona sarà una tappa fissa.

11/03/2025: Tornati da Ugo sabato a pranzo. Sempre tutto ottimo! Radicchio e gratinato al formaggio e sarde in saor per antipasto e pappardelle con ragù di agnello buonissimo Ottimo vino rosso valpolicella superiore ripasso. Sempre consigliato!!

05/09/2025: We had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though it was barely full. Food that wasn't worth the wait! The service seemed unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. And when we neutrally asked about a €5 surcharge (for stale bread and the waterfront view), we were asked if we "had even been to Italy." We also had the impression that the waiters laugh at guests as soon as they left—and we witnessed it ourselves when they later made fun of other guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

05/09/2025: The service was fake-friendly and restless, even though it really wasn't busy. We waited 45 minutes for the main course, which was okay at best. A thick loaf of bread is served – you can ask for salt and oil. They charge €5 for this, which is common in Italy. If you ask for more details, they ask if this is your "first time in Italy." No – that didn't happen in Florence, Bolzano, Pisa, Livorno, or Lucca. Strongly avoid this place.

20/08/2025: I am very sorry to have to give a negative opinion, which unfortunately is already the second time. The girl was very rude and asked for an empty brioche. They had run out of jam and pistachio. I said, "Look, what's there?" I see a tag with honey and whole wheat. It's ok. It arrives with the caps and a greasy pistachio brioche. I pointed out that one was missing. She went to get it in a grumpy manner, very annoyed. I haven't tried it twice, but the third time is a shame.

21/07/2025: Excellent assortment of pastries and brioches, from pistachio to Nutella, including walnut parcels... and of course strudel.
