12/10/2024: This summer in Umbria on holiday we found this restaurant and it was a very pleasant discovery, so much so that we returned twice. Few dishes but of great quality, excellent wine list, perfect service and very nice location. Highly recommended!!

19/12/2024: Authentic, well-cooked dishes. The presentation of the plates was pretty, (a small tomato in the shape of a flower), we had help from the friendly owner for our choice of dishes, her husband was in the kitchen. Thank you, we have fond memories of this dinner.

15/12/2024: We came with a Smartbox package and it was a great choice. The place is located in the countryside and the farmhouse is really beautiful and evocative. The best thing was dinner at the farmhouse restaurant; the dishes were of a high standard and the service excellent. We found a fair quality/price ratio. Same the following morning with breakfast, plentiful and with homemade desserts. The rooms overall are typical and welcoming, certainly very very spacious! A stay to be recommended and certainly a place to return to in the summer to also enjoy the swimming pool!

15/12/2024: Last weekend (7/8 December), taking advantage of a Smartbox package that had been given to us as a gift, my husband and I stayed at Marco and Andrea's farmhouse. The place is very nice and suggestive, immersed in the Umbrian countryside. The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had the room called the granary. It's a shame that there was no bidet in the bathroom, however the shower was very large. The radiators, present in both rooms, heated well. On the evening of arrival, Saturday 7th, we ate at the farmhouse restaurant: for meat lovers, an experience worth trying! The breakfast the following day was very rich: croissants, tarts, various types of cakes, yogurt, fruit juices and hot drinks that you could ask for at the moment. Not to be underestimated is the friendliness of the mascot Spank, known as Spanky, a lovable little dog who wanders around the farmhouse cheering up guests with his affability! Experience to repeat!

03/01/2025: Anche se piccolo,più indicato per un mordi e fuggi, dovrebbe essere più un presidio slow food. Anzitutto ottima la varietà di scelta, ingredienti genuini e geniali gli accostamenti in panini e focacce. Grande ospitalità e buoni i prezzi

01/01/2025: Io ed i miei amici abbiamo ordinato da loro il cenone di Capodanno. Buonissimo davvero, siamo rimasti tutti estremamente soddisfatti. Servizio impeccabile, il ragazzo che mi ha servita gentilissimo. Posto consigliatissimo.

01/07/2024: Thank you for the very warm welcome! I had a quick stop there for a lunch during my bicycle trip to Rome. It rained outside and i enjoyed staying a bit longer until the rain stopped.

06/01/2025: 31/12 giro a Orvieto, cittadina stupenda. Cerchiamo un posto dove mangiare e ci troviamo davanti alla Locanda del lupo. Posto gradevole, cucina super. Piatti abbondanti, in due abbiamo diviso una tagliere di sella di San Venanzio con bruschette con olio evo. Dopo quello eravamo quasi sazi. Primi con tartufo ottimi e come ho già scritto abbondanti Tutto buonissimo. Lo consiglio.

02/01/2025: Accoglienza leggermente affrettata ma dovuta sicuramente dalla molta mole di lavoro . Le ragazze veramente gentili e preparate . Prima volta ad Orvieto e devo dire gli Umbrichelli ( spero di aver scritto bene ) al tartufo veramente buoni e di qualità ed anche la polenta con porcini e salsiccia degni di nota . Rimango un po’ delusa dalla selezioni di dolci , un po’ povera , però rimango molto sorpresa dalla panna cotta davvero buona ed è un dolce che solitamente non gradisco , Il vino della casa veramente buono . Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma .

20/12/2024: "Stronzissima", this pastry shop should have been called. Yes, because rudeness during service is the rule. My memories go back at least 15 years to today and never a kind word spoken to me as a customer. I don't often go to this pastry shop for this very reason. Never a good morning or a good evening, it's a big deal if they don't give you the product. Yesterday, my partner in line at the checkout was told "What are you supposed to do?": but he's not his cousin! Every time I leave there I feel nervous and I promise myself never to set foot there again. Then, every now and then they make the mistake again, because the desserts are good anyway, the cream is the best and also the pastry dough. However, I recently ordered a tiramisu, very good, but... it wasn't a tiramisu. Chantilly instead of mascarpone, something alcoholic in the sponge cake... in the sponge cake, in a tiramisu: are you a baker? Here it said pastry shop. For goodness sake, I had been warned about the cream, but not about the sponge cake. On the other hand, the meringue used as decoration was amazing! Cost for a 4 cake: 20 euros... on the phone they told me about 15. I can understand a small variation, but 5 euros difference is a lot. In short, quality yes, but they do as they please, both in production and in service.

20/01/2025: Historic café of the city, right in the center. Very characteristic. Superlative products. The semolina and sour cherry cakes are absolutely worth trying.
