04/03/2026: Good morning, From the moment we entered, the service was top-notch: very helpful, smiling, and friendly. Breakfasts were always beautifully prepared, with high-quality Italian products. The waiter always asked if she could prepare anything extra, such as scrambled eggs or an omelet. We also had dinner, which we still remember to this day was exceptional. The spa is fantastic, with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, carefully prepared, and after returning from skiing, everything was perfectly tidy. And we can't forget the gentleman who always dropped us off and picked us up on time, incredibly kind and smiling. When I asked to print a document, it was no problem at all. This is an ideal place for those traveling by electric car; the hotel has its own charging station. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

05/04/2026: I enjoyed my stay in March...every day after skiing used saunas: plus for herbal teas available to make for yourself as you relax in between saunas sessions :) and I loved breakfasts: especially that you can make unlimited fresh juices ( healthy options are always important to me, so that was a big plus )& Miss Grazyna who manage the kitchen was taking care of everything..I will definitely be back to this hotel!

30/03/2026: A very pleasant hotel. All rooms have beautiful views. Clean and modern. Friendly service. Delicious breakfasts with freshly squeezed vegetable or orange juices, sweet and savory options to suit everyone's taste. Ski storage with boot warmers in every locker. Drink bar, spa, and lounge where you can sit or play games. Excellent location, close to everything. Highly recommended!

03/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel about twenty years ago, and now the memories are fading, but I do remember one thing: the food was excellent, the owner was incredibly kind, and the location was breathtaking. It was summer, a carefree time in my life. I'd like to return someday, even alone! All the votes are well deserved. 😍🫡❤️

18/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel in March for a few days in the snow. We had a great time! The hotel is beautiful, the modern room very spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom with a walk-in shower was also very nice. The breakfast was well-stocked and high-quality; the dinner was excellent, all the dishes were truly delicious and carefully plated. 10/10 to the chef. Special credit goes to the owner, Mrs. Rina; her warm welcome made the stay much more enjoyable.

09/08/2026: ⭐ 1 star, because it's the best. A truly terrible experience at Pub Dolomiti in Madonna di Campiglio, both in terms of service and value for money. We entered the restaurant and no one greeted us, no one asked if we wanted to sit down, and from the first moment, we felt almost like a nuisance. The employees and the owner consistently had a very annoyed and unwelcoming attitude, with expressions and mannerisms that certainly didn't make the customer feel welcome. We sat down and it was time to order. We had chosen two goulash soups from the menu, but we were only told when ordering that they were unavailable. If a dish listed on the menu is unavailable, it would be fair to at least let the customer know in advance, avoiding making them choose something they can't order. We therefore decided to order a mixed cheese platter with honey, walnuts, and blueberry jam, as well as two sandwiches. The sandwiches arrived first, even before the appetizer. The sandwiches, in addition to arriving at the wrong time for our order, were truly miserable in quantity and size, practically empty and with very little to eat, at a price we found completely disproportionate. Among other things, they also served raw onion, which we found truly awful. Then the platter finally arrived, but it also didn't match what was listed on the menu: the walnuts and blueberry jam were missing. We pointed this out to the waitress, simply telling her that both ingredients were listed on the menu and asking if she could verify. The response was, in fact, no response: we were given no feedback, and no one ever came back to tell us anything. In the end, we ate anyway, partly because the cheeses were good, but that doesn't change our overall opinion of the experience at all. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Once we finished eating, no one even came to clear the table or ask if we wanted anything else. We just sat there without anyone paying the slightest attention to the table. In the end, we simply decided to get up and leave. What I find even more absurd is that, despite the obvious errors—products missing from the menu, an incorrectly delivered order, and the absolutely questionable quality/quantity of the sandwiches—there was no attempt to accommodate the customer, not even with a small gesture on the bill or an acknowledgement of the mistake. It's not a matter of expecting special treatment: when a restaurant makes a mistake, we simply expect it to acknowledge it and try to fix it. And honestly, if you don't want to do this job, to welcome customers and offer at least decent service, no one is forcing you to keep a restaurant open. If you do, however, you should also be respectful of the people who come in, sit down, order, and pay. A word of advice to those reading the reviews If you're reading the reviews to figure out where to eat in Madonna di Campiglio, I sincerely recommend you consider other options. For the same prices, we had a completely different experience at Doppio Malto, also in Madonna di Campiglio: much faster and more organized service, friendly staff, and, above all, we ate very well. When you're on vacation, you go out to eat and have a good time, not to end up arguing over poor service or feeling like you're being treated like a nuisance. Our advice is therefore simple: choose another place and enjoy your day, rather than risk ruining it with an experience like ours. As far as we're concerned, it's an experience not to be repeated, and we absolutely can't recommend this place.

02/08/2026: After a beautiful bike ride to the waterfalls, we stopped for a quick bite to eat and were pleasantly surprised to find a list of very good products, starting with the rye bread with very good and authentic toppings and fillings. 😉 The beers were also really good, they even have Guinness (which I love!) at very good prices! High marks for the place and the service too. 💯
