06/10/2025: A very cute place with a wide selection of sweet and savory pastries, all really good. I recommend the cream-filled pastries! Fast and friendly service, a refined atmosphere both inside and out. Great for breakfast or a coffee break if you're in the area. Recommended.

07/10/2025: Great little local place to sit at chill at the end of the day. The staff is always welcoming and friendly also they remember repeat customers and I was heated like family from the 2nd time I visited and everyone there after. I would highly recommend if you are in Prato. They can get very busy around lunchtime so plan ahead.

06/10/2025: I don't know why people give bad reviews and say they were treated poorly, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and the girl who served us was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice, and the food was excellent.

16/09/2025: Came all the way from Florence only to this famous pasticceria. Was quite busy with locals and tourists around 10 pm on a Sunday. Staff was a little bit stressed, the place doesn't have as much atmosphere as other breakfast places out of the city centers BUT the pastry was amazing. I was happy I could choose two signature tartes as mini options because I saw this special edition Cornetto and wanted to have it. Every layer was a piece of art by itself. Not only good looking but also very flavorful. Definitely a recommendation. No outdoor seating available.

29/08/2025: The quality of the food and products is good. But except for the man who makes the coffee, who is always kind and professional, the service is terrible, and the clerks are always annoyed.

23/08/2025: Arrived in the afternoon around 4:00 PM and there was practically nothing left of the pastries. Perhaps worth re-evaluating.

29/07/2025: The guys who run the place are always super kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, especially the tartare and the pasta dishes, and it's highly recommended for celiacs. They're very attentive and offer excellent options. I'll definitely be back!
