17/01/2026: Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience!! Let me start by saying that it was a 30th birthday party with more than 10 guests. We had kindly asked for a slightly more secluded table: they gave us a very narrow table (even the waiters had trouble getting through), and it was right next to the door, with constant cold drafts. Furthermore, when we went to the bathroom afterwards, we found the room before the bathroom to be very spacious, with adequate tables, and with fewer people than my guests. When we brought the cake, before dinner, and saw the table, my boyfriend had also kindly asked if we could have another table (for the reasons listed above), and the response was "any table is as good as any" - I should have already figured out the situation and canceled, and I would have done so if it hadn't been two hours before the birthday party. They were very rude from the start because they thought we were "noisy": not only were we mostly women, not football fans leaving the stadium, but we'd also specifically asked for a table further apart because, since it's a 30th birthday party, it's normal for someone to be a little louder, otherwise I'd have gone to the convent to celebrate. They wanted to use a bottle of some alcohol to "hold down" the balloon: my father, so a grown man, accidentally broke the cork while fixing the balloon. We immediately apologized and said we'd pay for the bottle; the waiter, very rudely, turned around and said: "Who told you you could touch it?" I know it sounds like science fiction, but I swear it really happened! This hostile atmosphere lasted throughout the entire dinner. In their rush to send us away, a waiter was taking away my plate where I still had the sliced ​​steak to eat. Crazy, it's never happened to me before. The food is good but nothing special, especially not worth it for the way you're treated—that is, not as a customer. The vegetarian, on the other hand, ate various dishes with different names, all basically the same mixed salad with various sauces. An experience NOT TO BE REPEATED. Luckily, my guests were very nice; at least they saved my birthday :) I was very disappointed; I've never been anywhere where the staff was so rude to customers. Terrible.

27/10/2025: I had dinner with a friend on Friday evening. We ate deliciously, and the service was perfect: fast and attentive. The gnudi with butter and truffle were excellent.

24/02/2026: A historic Prato restaurant from the 1990s that still manages to amaze with the quality of its food and service. The wait staff is fast and professional. The thin, crunchy pizza stands out, and after years of being dominated by the trendy Neapolitan pizza, it's once again being appreciated by an ever-increasing number of diners. 31/01/2026: A tiny piece of tart costs €5. It would be fair to display the prices if the tart is made with molten gold jam. Although the worst thing is the smile from the cashier (who knows she's ripped you off) when you point this out!

17/01/2026: A beautiful winter day, a bit of sunshine... why not stop for lunch in Piazza Duomo? A randomly chosen place... An excellent spaghetti carbonara, not gourmet, but authentic, simple, and flavorful (not overly salty like some places), and a picio al poppo, accompanied by a nice, sophisticated gin and tonic, a bit citrusy, as they recommended. Definitely excellent! To top it off, a portion of "torta della nonna" (grandmother's cake), which truly tasted like it was made by grandma's expert hands: light shortcrust pastry, thick, and delicious cream. We had a truly wonderful time, and they even offered us coffee and amaro! For me, it's worth it; the prices are average, but the flavors...a cut above 😉 Thanks!
