24/02/2026: A historic Prato restaurant from the 1990s that still manages to amaze with the quality of its food and service. The wait staff is fast and professional. The thin, crunchy pizza stands out, and after years of being dominated by the trendy Neapolitan pizza, it's once again being appreciated by an ever-increasing number of diners.
