12/12/2024: Perhaps the best dinner I've ever had, difficult to even describe. I was amazed by the flavours, even different ones, that were released with every bite of the same dish. Even from a simple wild boar pasta, sensations never felt before emerged. It was a real experience! Satisfied and happy. I can't wait to return

15/12/2024: È la seconda volta che mi vendono un dolce congelato, che resta congelato per ore fino al momento della degustazione ed è
immangiabile. Ovviamente costa molto di più della pasticceria fresca perché lo pesano ghiacciato. Però fa schifo e fa fare brutte figure con gli ospiti. I dolci congelati li mangino loro, io andrò a cercare la pasticceria fresca da un'altra parte. Tanti saluti, anzi addio alla Pasticceria Brotini!

16/06/2024: Due to an interminable queue on the motorway we ended up by chance in San Miniato for lunch and, having Siri guide us, we ended up having lunch in this exquisite and characteristic place! Just as exquisite was the welcome from the waiter who immediately made us feel at ease like having lunch at home!!! He kindly recommended the menu to us and we ate really well! Everything cooked to perfection, both the first courses and the meat! Good wine and excellent dessert. Even though it is not easy to find parking nearby, we really enjoyed taking a short walk around the historic center of the town! I advise!!
