04/06/2025: The place is small and sparsely stocked. At 7:30 PM, it was impossible to get an arancini because the fryer was still off. I ordered the focaccia with little topping and anchovies on top because I was asked if I wanted it with or without anchovies. I also tried two rustici with whole-wheat dough, but the toppings were also sparse.

25/08/2025: Since I frequent the place, I'd like to highlight a few things I've noticed. Unfortunately, I've noticed that people don't have the good sense to keep the tables and chairs clean, as well as the rest of the area around them, even though the staff cleans that area at the end of the day! I also noticed that there's no trash can, but customers usually leave everything on the table, and the staff promptly clears and cleans the tables. Regarding the staff, each person has their own personality, some more extroverted than others, but I've always found them helpful, kind, and friendly, and they make you feel at ease! Regarding the food, obviously, we're talking about a place that's very popular for its ice cream parlor and coffee shop. From the perspective of other services, I've also found it to be good, even in terms of health 😜.

05/08/2025: Mi sono fermato per comprare dei cornetti, personale gentile e disponibile , il cornetto molto buono. Mi sono promesso di comprare il cannolo perché credo ne valga la pena.

25/08/2024: La migliore brioche e granita assaggiata a Messina. Il servizio è velocissimo. Le brioches sono morbide e fragranti, la panna è squisita e la granita soffice non granulosa o con pezzi di ghiaccio. I gusti da provare, se piacciono, sono secondo me cioccolato e caffè con la panna. I prezzi sono modicissimi. Brioche e granita 2€. Che dire di più? Provare per credere.

06/09/2025: The most beautiful street bar in the universe. Salvatore manages to satisfy everyone's tastes, even if sometimes not everything is available. I recommend the brioches, the pitoni Messinese-style, and the arancini above all, but the wonder is spending an evening enjoying the bar life.

31/07/2025: At this bar, you can find the REAL granita from Messina. The owners, friendly, smiling, and kind, offer a product that's almost impossible to find in new-generation bars and ice cream parlors anymore. I personally had a peach granita with cream and brioche. #chetelodicobarre
