23/06/2025: One of the best restaurants we've tried in Sicily! The food was super fresh and everything was cooked just right. The timing between dishes was perfect, so we could really enjoy the whole meal. Even though we stayed past their closing time, we never felt rushed at all. Great food, great wine, great service — highly recommended!
22/06/2025: I returned after three years to this restaurant in the historic center of Agrigento and I was more satisfied than the last time: I found a greater variety and refinement in the menu, high quality of food, genuine flavors and elegant dishes with new and original combinations.
Elegant service and attention to detail.

Giuseppe and his family have been running this wonderful family restaurant for generations.
Dinner exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding – especially the "Catch of the Day," fresh fish, cooked to perfection and to order. The pizzas were also delicious.
It speaks for itself that many locals eat here – a true sign of quality!
The service is exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive – something you rarely experience. You can feel the authenticity and warmth of the people here.
Once again, a big thank you to the team for a wonderful evening!

18/04/2025: They have been open since 1960. In a tiny place they only make pizzas with very simple and traditional recipes. Perhaps this is the key to success. On busy days there is a queue outside. People who come from outside on purpose. A true institution in Porto Empedocle. Try both specialties, the margherita and the one with sardines. Very good. Fast and friendly staff. A must of Argentine street food. Recommended.

02/07/2025: Disappointing because good food is not enough.
Extremely slow service, we had dinner after an hour, instead of apologizing the owner insinuated that customers should not be in a hurry. Good fish dishes, really nothing to say (excellent fried food and fresh tuna). When it came to the bill we complimented the good food and were told that everything was perfect here but it was the customers who were not good. The owner was not at all polite, in fact he seemed annoyed by his customers, but without them a restaurant closes and when we pointed this out to him he replied that he would go and commit crimes. Either it was an irony that we did not understand or you do not know how to work with people. In any case we left with a bitter taste in our mouths for a restaurateur who treats people like this. There are plenty of restaurants so I would not
recommend at all!

Les plats sont tous tournés autour de la mer; un seul plat de viande est proposé mais il est délicieux. Les desserts et les boissons sont bonnes. Il y a moyen de boire du bon vin car la carte est grande.
Le serveur parle anglais correctement, ce qui facilite la communication. Le service est rapide et les plats sont biens présentés.
On recommande cet endroit, dont on attendait rien mais qui nous a beaucoup plu.

15/06/2025: Considering the location right in the center it's a shame to give a low review but unfortunately I can't help it...
We had dinner eating pizza, but it was definitely not up to expectations.
The pizzas were nothing special, the dough was also not bad but the rest... When ordering we were asked if the mushrooms on the pizza were perhaps dry and we were told no, then surprise... They were dry....
In one of the cutlery bags the napkin requested from the waitress was missing and they brought me some bar napkins...
Overall the service was a bit inexperienced, perhaps inexperienced maybe with time it will improve...
We also witnessed a request from a foreigner who couldn't understand that they wanted a glass of red wine (I took the liberty of intervening to tell the waitress since she was bringing him a small glass of some liquor).
To propose the dish of the day to foreigners they were shown the dish that had been ordered by others.
It's not very professional...
