12/04/2026: The pizza was truly excellent, well-made, and absolutely lived up to expectations. The place can get quite crowded on Saturday nights, partly due to its size and the crowds, so expect a bit of a wait. That said, it's worth it: the quality of the pizza makes it worth the wait.

29/03/2026: Just looking at their photos makes you want it. Then the pizza arrives and it's exactly as you saw it: beautiful, carefully crafted, authentic. At first glance, you're already won over, and with the first bite, you're convinced: it's truly good, even more, sublime. A pizza you remember from the first bite. Light and fragrant Roman dough, with just the right balance of crunchiness and softness. The ingredients are fresh and beautifully paired: the zucchini flowers, anchovies, and cherry tomatoes create a flavorful mix, while the basil adds that final touch of fragrance that completes everything. You can taste the passion behind every detail. Well done to Costanza Passione d'Autore, keep it up! 14/05/2026: World's best pizza 😀 We stayed near Naro during our vacation and ate there twice. The restaurant is full of certificates; the owner has received numerous awards for his pizzas and dough. Understandable! The atmosphere is more like a takeaway, but that didn't bother us. Highly recommended! Definitely stop by if you're ever in the area.

15/05/2026: The SCIATU pizza was so delicious😋 and the sweet chocolate and pistachio rolls are great too.

14/05/2026: The kitchen opened for us at 17:00, it supposed to open at 19. The service was fast, we got the meal in 20 min. I liked the nice plate! That was really good. Location is nice next to a temple!

18/04/2026: Nov./Dec. 2025 = I visited them in conjunction with the university course I taught in the "Bachelor of Nursing" program; moreover, one of the first times I visited this bar, I was fortunate enough to (unexpectedly!) be part of a birthday party where the two owners (husband and wife!) treated me as if I were a long-time acquaintance/friend. I will always hold that feeling close to my heart. Thank you so much.

16/09/2025: We expected something better. Fried zucchini flowers, far too greasy and heavy to digest. The amatriciana was good. The wine list was quite limited.
