As soon as you enter, you sense a refined, elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere. The display cases are impeccable: each dessert seems sculpted, displayed like a work of art. The variety is vast, from the great classics of Italian tradition to the most contemporary leavened products. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first taste. The creams are velvety and perfectly balanced, never overly sweet; the leavened products are soft, fragrant, with an impeccable internal structure; the single-serving portions express the perfect balance between aesthetics and flavor. The service is professional, attentive, courteous, and well-organized, even at peak times. Prices are above average, but perfectly in line with the quality offered and the overall experience. Then there's Pamela, who would be able to put a smile on even a marble statue that just lost its pedestal. (Christian) 😂 In short, a pastry shop that masterfully combines tradition, research, and technique. A place to visit at least once in your life if you love the art of sweets.

03/01/2026: We tried a panettone from this bakery. Best panettone ever!!! Keep with the good work :). Highly recommended all the other types of breads sell there, including of course the foccacias!!

07/09/2025: The focaccia is excellent, and the little bags of sweets, especially the almond paste ones, are the perfect souvenirs for friends and family! The staff is friendly and attentive.

21/12/2025: We had a great time at this restaurant, it exceeded my expectations. The platters, roasts, various cuts of meat, and a variety of cheeses are delicious. The friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home. I would recommend adding a mixed salad to the meat-based menu, which obviously includes fennel, chicory, and radishes, for example, which are usually served after meat-based meals in these parts. We'll be back.

28/11/2025: A gem in Carovigno. Hospitable service, delicious meats from their own butcher shop. Enjoyed incredibly delicious food and drinks among the locals at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for the true Italian Puglia experience, you should definitely eat here!

02/09/2025: Excellent food at more than fair prices. There was a small mixup when they lost the order, but as soon as they realized it, they made up for it. Kudos to the guy grilling, a true professional. If you're in the area, give him a try.

11/11/2025: Very good pizza, very small parking lot! Several aspects could be improved. Saturdays are definitely too crowded, partly due to takeout.

26/10/2025: We had a table at 9:30 PM. We ordered at 10:15 PM. After that, the fried food arrived first, after twenty minutes, and then we ordered drinks, as they hadn't arrived yet. The pizzas arrived at 11:30 PM. There was no staff, slow service, and the dining room was uncovered, so we left the pizzeria at midnight. We won't be coming back.
