Accurate in the presentation of the course and in its preparation! Congratulations to the chefs also for their skill in combining the ingredients, giving great satisfaction to the palate! I've been there twice for both sweet and savory breakfast: delicious! I promise to return for dinner on the splendid, very well-kept terrace above! Truly congratulations! Highly recommended 💯%!!! Definitely worth trying: you won't be disappointed!

15/08/2024: I would like to publicly thank all the staff of the "Casale Santa Lucia", we got married on August 10, 2024..😍We had a very good time right from the start when we visited the room..Then Mr. Roberto, very kind as always, knew best advise us on our dishes...We received a lot of compliments, from the food to the location.
Very kind waiters, always ready to satisfy the guests. We felt at home, it was what we wanted ❤️ I would like to thank the room manager, Mr Michele, always attentive and friendly. I would also like to thank the DJ Rino Straniero and his beautiful entertainer there we are really wild with their dances🤣
Thanks so much again to everyone, you made our most important day a dream ❤️ newlyweds Patrizia and Ruggiero.

Mi piace molto il loro caffè e i pasticcini con amarena e panna.

Abbiamo ordinato 2 panini con gamberi, cucinato alla perfezione e serviti con tantissime patatine dippers... 2 calici generosi di vino rosato abruzzese e per finire un sospiro al cioccooato con rum... Le nostre papille gustative erano in festa ☺️
Il proprietario Carlo, una persona davvero ospitale.. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa... Che dire?! Locale consigliatissimo... Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

15/08/2024: When my first day of vacation collides with Lupo di Mare's last working day, what can result is a terrible lunch.
Fried paranza with 2-3 variations. It is NOT "paranza".
I asked for fried calamari and prawns and it did NOT arrive. After insistence, we were indignantly brought a miserable, bare, sad earthenware saucer with 4, miserable, bare, sad prawns costing €1 each... 2 cans, 1 water.
What struck me most is the service. 5 staff, just one smile from one passing by...A plate literally thrown on my table without even a word from a distracted waitress gives a good idea that those people there no longer wanted to be there. So I'll leave this review. Before going to Lupo di Mare, find out if and when it will close for holidays.
P.S.
We digested the fried food the next morning. (Frozen calamari) The only photo is of the only edible thing.

09/08/2024: Ottimi piatti di pesce fresco. Conosciuto anche il proprietario, persona simpaticissima e competente. Ci siamo stati prima a cena e poi a pranzo. Vicinissimo al centro storico.

03/08/2024: Simply the best bar in Trani, for everything. Breakfast (and especially the croissants) is of a very high standard, but in reality the pastries are also top-notch. Anyone who complains about the price has probably never left the hinterland town where they live. €1.5 for an artisanal croissant with excellent raw materials, but if you want you can continue to pay €1 for frozen stuff elsewhere....
24/07/2024: Locale nella città di Trani. Io l'ho frequentato solo per colazione e posso dire di ritenermi soddisfatta. Colazioni buone, con possibilità di scelta tra vari prodotti( cornetti, biscotti...). Personale gentile e disponibile.

Ristorante curato nei dettagli, personale super gentile e attento, cucina veramente d’eccellenza, qualità del pesce altrettanto!!!! Gli scampi sul carbone una delizia, gli spaghettoni alle cicale e granchio una squisitezza, la frittura di paranza con le triglie sfilettate una bontà da provare per arrivare poi ai dolci …. Millefoglie e sorbetto al limone uno meglio dell’altro e a chiudere la piccola pasticceria che accompagna il caffè… una vera coccola !!!! Cantina super top !!!!

I personally really liked the coffee one which almost looks like a tiramisu. I recommend everyone to stop by if you pass by Bisceglie.
I'll add the story that I went looking for it: It is said that as early as the 15th century the Poor Clare nuns of Bisceglie made the "Nuns' Sospiretti" in their monastery.

Hence the legend handed down, without any historical confirmation, according to which the nuns prepared the desserts on the occasion of the wedding party between Lucrezia Borgia and Alfonso of Aragon, illegitimate son of Alfonso Il of Naples, who she received as a gift on the occasion of the wedding , the duchy of Bisceglie. The marriage fell through. The guests, sighing with anticipation, were consoled with the sweets called sighs from that day onwards.
Another anecdote has it that the shape of the typical dessert is a young pastry chef's homage to his beloved woman, inspired by her breasts.

25/08/2024: È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo ristorante. Materia prima di indiscussa qualità. Crudi eccezionali. Servizio impeccabile. Unico appunto sulla frittura non all’altezza delle altre portate. Nel complesso il ristorante merita comunque il massimo dei voti, soprattutto per i crudi.
25/08/2024: Ogni visita da corteinfiore ti stupisce più della precedente. Location unica nel suo genere, personale estremamente attento e cortese. Sublimi le proposte di pesce, quanto viene giornalmente offerto è sempre freschissimo e di una qualità altissima. Consigliatissimo
